I don't write reviews very often, but Sep and his crew truly deserves one. I am so happy I found him! After having some very bad experiences with contractors during our home remodel, I became extremely cautious about hiring anyone, practically ptsd. Finding someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable is not easy. From the very first meeting with Sep, I knew I was dealing with someone who actually does this for a living and takes pride in his work. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely. He even suggested to get more quotes but I did not feel a need to. He absolutely impressed me. He is very PERSONAL and has extremely well disposition. He brought samples the fist estimate meeting! Helped me narrow it down, asked questions I even did not think about. I had tree guys giving me estimates but my daughter after meeting Sep said "no no no comparison Mom, he is the guy, the unicorn tells me he is the guy" During the process the crew encountered the problem that stump from the dead tree was not removed even though I paid the other company to remove it! It was not done! Sep immediately reacted found a company, called them and they came within 2 hours to remove the huge dead stump. Sep's crew did amazing work, hauled everything away, cleaned up the entire area, and then transformed our backyard with beautiful artificial turf. The amount of work they completed was incredible. During the project I was honestly nervous because the yard looked like a construction zone, but they knew exactly what they were doing. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Our backyard looks larger, cleaner, and so much more inviting. It completely transformed the space. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about the quality of the final result. I told Sep that I would like to do it asap, he understood and scheduled me immediately. I had contractors coming for quote and then disappearing, or even worse, starting the job and disappearing! So I cannot stress it enough that dealing with Sep was absolutely exceptional! Being absolutely new to remodeling process I noticed how contractors take advantage and I clearly see it when they do it, this is not the case with Sep. And I am very grateful for that! After everything we've been through with other contractors, I can honestly say I would never go to anyone else for landscaping or grass work. It is such a relief to finally find someone I can trust. I recommend him to all my friends and anyone needing artificial turf. Thank you for doing an amazing job! We couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and true professionalism! I cannot stress enough how important it is to choose the right contractor. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. Stop your research and call Sep. This is what I did and very happy with this! Thank you Sep and the crew! read more

Highly recommend E Turf Pro. I'm a pretty picky person and it took me a few visits to really decide, but Sepehr was incredibly patient and took the time to meet with me multiple times without any pressure. He is very professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. He also had a very flexible schedule and was able to meet my timeline, which I really appreciated. He ended up turfing my rooftop and it came out amazing. The quality and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and his pricing was very fair as well. Overall just a great experience from start to finish. If you're considering turf, definitely go with Sepehr at E Turf Pro. read more

The best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Seb was quick to come out and review the job and provide me with a quote The job was fairly complex and involved both turf work as well as landscaping, as well as installing an in-ground trampoline, lighting and more. We agreed on a contract on Sunday. The work started on Tuesday and was finished by Saturday of the same week. Extremely hardworking crews and very clean and efficient. The project turn out better than all of our expectations. Would highly recommend this company and planning to use them for as many things as I can possibly think of around my house. I've already referred them to plenty of friends. read more

Sep from ETURF Pro installed turf at two of our family homes: the first was in Calabasas at The Oaks (which is how we we were introduced to him and his company in 2022) and this house. At all times he was super easy to get a hold of, really nice to work with, and the price fit our budget. Sep has the patience of a saint since we hit a few delays with our current project which pushed back his installation. He came out multiple times to remeasure since we were adjusting as we renovated, and none of this ever fazed him. Sep's crew worked hard, putting in long hours in the blistering heat, and got our job done in two days. When the install was done -- combined with the work our landscaper did expanding the driveway and adding drought-tolerant plants and stones -- our yard looked beautiful, just as we envisioned it. We got several compliments from friends who unexpectedly stopped by last night too! If you are looking for an honest contractor who is personally involved with fair prices and no hidden fees, I highly recommend Sep from ETURF Pro. read more

The turf looks amazing. It has transformed our yard and looks very natural. Great work, great workers, great communication with the vendor.

Excellent quality product and service. Definitely well recommended for anyone looking to install artificial turf.

I found ETurf Pro on Yelp and wanted to hop back on here to write a review before I was asked to. Of the 3 turf companies who came out to quote my job, I was most impressed with this one. Sep was professional yet not salesy; he brought the color samples we had discussed by phone (a more natural, lighter green) and he was able to schedule my job on the date that I had hoped for. The quote came in within $20 of one company and $350 less than the other company. Most turf samples I saw are brown-ish green, whereas grass is actually a yellow-ish green. So I chose the product "Natural Light" and couldn't be more pleased with both the material and installation. It's literally a perfect installation, and the crew cleaned up very well. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks, Sep! read more

Incredible work and service. Quick to come for an estimate, provide all the info for the association to approve it, and fast. Eturf was recommended by a friend and I will continue to chain of word of mouth because it's hard to find contractors that are easy, responsive, reasonable, and provide good quality. read more

After my initial inquiry, I received a message asking for my phone number, which I provided. And that was it, no further communication from them. Just basically blew me off. Sep and his team were outstanding. He was able to come for an estimate within 1 day (was doing a job local to us) which was the lowest and most professional among 4 other companies. His turf offering was also the most desired by our family so it was an easy decision. He was the only company who said the job could be completed within one day. Others said 2, some even 3. On the day of installation, his crew arrived earlier than expected which was fantastic due to our schedule. They completed the job by 3 pm! And finally, it looks and feels amazing! Thank you and your team Sep. These guys are the pros. Others may do a comparable job but not with their timeliness, cost, efficiency and quality! read more

I found ETurf Pro through a family member that had a turf project done recently. I had recently done a concrete deck job in my backyard and as a result, all the grass was torn up and the landscaping looked pretty terrible. I had envisioned doing turf at some point but this really accelerated my need for it. Enter ETurf Pro. The estimate quote was very competitive and the project only took 1 day. Now, my backyard looks fantastic with the added turf and everything was done very professionally. read more

ETURF PRO installed artificial turf in our front yard and parkway today, July 26, 2025. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. It looks fabulous. I dealt with Sep, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He is friendly, knowledgable, professional, reliable and gave a fair/competitive price. A totally organized crew of 4 men worked seamlessly from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm; finishing the job in one day! They hauled away all the old lawn/weeds, and worked clean. Sep and his group of installers are great. We absolutely loved our experience and the turf!!!! Especially now with watering restrictions, we couldn't be happier. The ETurf Pro process was easy and very fairly priced. They came when they said they would and finished the entire job in a couple days. We have a lot of cuts and angles, and they are all finished so well. Shortly after the installation we experienced a heavy rain. A small pocket of turf sank in the ground so we called Sep. He came right out and repaired the area and you cannot tell anything ever happened. Definitely recommend Sep and ETurfPro, so glad we found them!!! read more

We went through several estimates for our backyard turf project. Sep and ETurfPro were recommended by a family member who had recently used their service. After seeing the quality of work his company did there, we felt most comfortable going with them. We definitely were not disappointed. Sep was extremely prompt, responsive, and most importantly, honest and trustworthy. His workers were receptive to our changes and recommendations and their work and final results were exactly what we were hoping to achieve. Finally, when they were done, they left our yard in immaculate condition. We couldn't have been happier or recommend a service more highly than ETurfPro. Thank you! read more

Sep's company was one of 5 companies we interviewed for artificial turf for our front and back yard. We were immediately impressed by his punctuality, his approachable and well mannered nature, and his pragmatism. He was informative without trying to upsell us on features we didn't need and gave us an estimate that was on point (and cheaper) than the other companies we interviewed. He actually pointed out things other company reps did not and that's one of the things my wife and I were impressed by. In all his communications he was respectful and timely, and the payment was easy without any pressure (for us after our job was competed and I had to ask him "when can I pay you?"). The work was fantastic and his crew finished in 1/2 a day - he had more than 5 people working on the project and I'm glad they didn't have to spend more time in this past weeks' heat (up to 98-100 F). Cleanup was great - came home and it was like they had never been there and I had this amazing looking artificial turf in the front and back yard!! Would hands down recommend Sep and his company for your future project. I will be telling people I know who are looking for this type of service, to contact ETURF Pro. Thanks again Sep! read more

After 5 years of thinking about installing turf in our backyard, we finally pulled the trigger to get it done. I had 5 companies bid the project and Sep at Eturf Pro was the best. He wasn't the lowest bid (almost was but one other came in lower), but I knew when meeting with him that he is an expert at his craft. Some of the other companies sent sales people - who didn't seem to know the answers to my basic questions. Sep was patient and thorough throughout our meeting and gave me a fair quote on the spot. After deciding to move forward with the project, I had to pause because of some driveway project issues. What I thought was going to be a two week delay ended up being a 4 month delay. But when I was ready to go, Sep honored his previous quote and was able to get the job done the following week. The work was quick, the crew was nice and the turf looks AMAZING. Visitors always comment on how real it looks and I love how it feels when I step on it - like a plush carpet outside. They even moved our play structure and put it back! Thank you, Sep, for the incredible work!!!! We love our backyard 1000x more now that the project is done. read more

After years of trying to grow grass in our heavily shaded backyard, we finally decided on artificial grass. We contacted Eturf Pro through Yelp and we set an appointment almost immediately for an estimate. Sep met with us and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He never tried to pressure or upsell us......And his price was more than fair!.......After meeting with Sep I knew going with Eturf Pro would be the right choice - and it was! Communication was outstanding and installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of the installation Sep was there first thing in the morning to direct his team through the nuances of the job. There were 5-6 installers and I was very impressed with their craftsmanship and the care they showed to my property. They installed quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. Eturf Pro installed a new lawn and putting green in my backyard in just a day! I always wanted to live on a golf course...now I do!!! The grass feels perfect, looks perfect, and we are so happy to have a backyard sanctuary we can be proud of. Thank you Eturf Pro! You did an excellent job! read more

We had a very awkward space in our backyard that was totally underused. Eventually landed on the idea of putting turf there, but had NO idea what was possible. Well tried now for over 3 months to get some kinda response but to no avail 1st time we had it installed and the turf was faulty, to e turf credit they installed it again....Although we did add more turf also 2nd time They've installed and same problem has occurred again where the grass has gone completely flat, not to the extent as first time but still doesn't look great after only 2 months it went flat, they'll say it's foot traffic but these are 2 year old wearing 30lbs or so each.....plus the other area where they play daily is fine... Tried contacting just before pandemic lockdown and understandably couldn't come out to check it, tried few times since and get completely ignored...
