I found ETurf Pro on Yelp and wanted to hop back on here to write a review before I was asked to. Of the 3 turf companies who came out to quote my job, I was most impressed with this one. Sep was professional yet not salesy; he brought the color samples we had discussed by phone (a more natural, lighter green) and he was able to schedule my job on the date that I had hoped for. The quote came in within $20 of one company and $350 less than the other company. Most turf samples I saw are brown-ish green, whereas grass is actually a yellow-ish green. After 5 years of thinking about installing turf in our backyard, we finally pulled the trigger to get it done. I had 5 companies bid the project and Sep at Eturf Pro was the best. Well tried now for over 3 months to get some kinda response but to no avail 1st time we had it installed and the turf was faulty, to e turf credit they installed it again....Although we did add more turf also 2nd time They've installed and same problem has occurred again where the grass has gone completely flat, not to the extent as first time but still doesn't look great after only 2 months it went flat, they'll say it's foot traffic but these are 2 year old wearing 30lbs or so each.....plus the other area where they play daily is fine... Tried contacting just before pandemic lockdown and understandably couldn't come out to check it, tried few times since and get completely ignored...
