5+ stars for RC Artificial Grass. We had redone our landscaping about 4 yrs ago and had gone with a "drought tolerant, weed resistant" ground cover instead of grass (or turf). After 4 years, we got tired of fighting with the weeds and waiting for the ground cover to fill in - so we made the switch to turf. Sean was very patient with questions and my suggested modifications, and was very quick with responses - both before and during the installation. Price wasn't the lowest, but was far from the highest of the quotes we got, and there was no hard sell (unlike a few others). The crew was quick and very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. They even asked if they could cut a few inches off of a fence door that had been scraping the ground for ages to ensure it cleared the turf cleanly! read more

My artificial grass looks great. The process was pretty seamless in the beginning. They required a deposit but do not use Zelle so I had to mail a check into the office. The crew came out did a nice job and we walked the area before they left. Sean the rep came out to do the estimate but did not come when the crew arrived to do the work nor did he come at the end of the job. They sent him pictures but there was a language barrier so I wasn't able to ask them questions. I did use google translate but it would have been nice if Sean would have come out at time of completion. Fast forward, a few weeks go by and I start to see lines in the grass. I called Sean, he came out and identified that it must be a manufacturer's defect. He took photos and submitted the claim. I didn't hear anything so I reached out to Sean. He said it was being reviewed. 2 weeks went by, I didn't hear anything so I asked Sean to have the owner call me. He called and assured me it would all be taken care of. This made me feel better. I explained that if they could call me when they get updates that would be great. I had paid in full and was feeling uneasy. I wasn't sure they were going too stand by their work and warranty. Open forthcoming communication lets can help with that. It took awhile but once the claim/review process went through the crew came back and replaced the artificial turf. My front yard looks great! RC just replaced the miserable sod in my back and side yards with beautiful artificial turf (see photos). As stated by others, Sean was great and very personable in managing the project. Even better, the workers they employ were outstanding. Can't say enough about how hard they worked for two straight days! They were able to totally relocate the irrigation system so it would remain functional for surrounding hedge, while not "active" beneath the new turf. Others I talked to were not so knowledgeable about irrigation issues, if that matters to you. Trim and seams were professionally installed. Cost was more than competitive. Back in Dec 2021, we selected RC Artificial Grass for their pet-friendly turf despite slow and vague communication from Joseph. Even after we gave them the business, the installation date was not set in stone, with a lot of "maybes" on Joseph's part. This year, we contacted them again for a medium-sized patch due to renovations. We had to choose them because we wanted the same turf so it wouldn't be noticeable, even though it's not the cheapest. A representative came, measured our space, and took a picture of the receipt with the name of the specific turf and pricing. He promised a quote by the end of the day. Two weeks have passed with complete silence, ignoring text messages. Regrettably, their lack of interest in our project has cost them a repeat customer. read more

The grass looks great - everyone who comes to our house comments on it, and in photographs people would swear it was real. No problems with it since, and their after-sales service is excellent. It's two years after they installed it and after the strong rains earlier this year we were having some flooding in our backyard because I'd asked them to cover the French drain when the artificial​ grass was originally installed.
