My grass was installed in July. It was a smooth consult, scheduling & installation. It looks great! Fast Forward 3.5 months later, my happiness has disappeared. The grass smells HORRIBLE! I have 2 dogs that mostly use a different part of the yard. I had turf previous to this for 5 years and it took 4 years to start to smell. There is ZERO reason for it to smell already. I don't run a kennel over here. When i contacted the company, I was told to buy one of their products they sell OR hire someone to come clean it. This is ridiculous to me & unprofessional. Either the correct grass wasn't installed, it was installed incorrectly, or the product was misrepresented. I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more
