I got tired of paying the water bill, constant fertilizing and feeding along with mowing and weeding. Iver promptly came out and gave me a fair bid. Because I had used him previously and had vetted four companies before selecting him, I did not feel I needed to get any further bids He immediately started on the work and finished as promised. However, due to the weather at the time, he knew he was gonna have to come back to stretch and tighten the turf once the weather warmed up. Ivar and his team returned to the house over the weekend and made all the necessary adjustments to tighten up the turf and make it look pristine! I vetted four companies originally to do my landscape project before selecting Iver. He is a man of his word and will follow through with anything he promises. Don't hesitate to get three or four bids, reach out to him for an appointment. You won't be sorry.

They dug out our grass/sprinkler's and installed turf with gopher mesh and weed barrier, we also had them build garden beds, plant bushes with lighting, a drip system and mulch and repave the side of the house. . The crew show up on time, they were very careful not to damage anything in the backyard. Total project took about 5 days. The quality of the materials so far seems to be great. (See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. I guess its worth it to him to to lose future business and referrals over what could have been a fairly simple fix. Cant wait to see how he responds to this review and what excuses he has.

After having some very bad experiences with contractors during our home remodel, I became extremely cautious about hiring anyone, practically ptsd. Finding someone honest, knowledgeable, and dependable is not easy. From the very first meeting with Sep, I knew I was dealing with someone who actually does this for a living and takes pride in his work. Sep speaks clear English (important very important, native speaker, believe me), took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions patiently, and made thoughtful suggestions that I hadn't even considered (like leaving the border for example, I wanted to leave but he suggested to remove). At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, I felt educated and confident in the decisions we were making. By the end of our first meeting, I trusted him completely. He even suggested to get more quotes but I did not feel a need to. He absolutely impressed me. He is very PERSONAL and has extremely well disposition. He brought samples the fist estimate meeting! Helped me narrow it down, asked questions I even did not think about. I had tree guys giving me estimates but my daughter after meeting Sep said "no no no comparison Mom, he is the guy, the unicorn tells me he is the guy" During the process the crew encountered the problem that stump from the dead tree was not removed even though I paid the other company to remove it! It was not done! Sep immediately reacted found a company, called them and they came within 2 hours to remove the huge dead stump. Sep's crew did amazing work, hauled everything away, cleaned up the entire area, and then transformed our backyard with beautiful artificial turf. The amount of work they completed was incredible. During the project I was honestly nervous because the yard looked like a construction zone, but they knew exactly what they were doing. The finished result exceeded my expectations. Our backyard looks larger, cleaner, and so much more inviting. It completely transformed the space. What impressed me most was the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about the quality of the final result. I told Sep that I would like to do it asap, he understood and scheduled me immediately. I had contractors coming for quote and then disappearing, or even worse, starting the job and disappearing! After 4 years, we got tired of fighting with the weeds and waiting for the ground cover to fill in - so we made the switch to turf. Sean was very patient with questions and my suggested modifications, and was very quick with responses - both before and during the installation. Price wasn't the lowest, but was far from the highest of the quotes we got, and there was no hard sell (unlike a few others). The crew was quick and very courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up everything before they left. They even asked if they could cut a few inches off of a fence door that had been scraping the ground for ages to ensure it cleared the turf cleanly!
