Initial work was great. We replaced our backyard grass with turf. We spent $25,000. Andrew was our salesman. A few months later I asked for a quote on my driveway as well as some repairs in the back. Andrew came and quoted me way too high for my driveway. When I tried contacting him I couldn't get him by email or phone. After calling the main number again, a second person (I believe the owner) came out and did a second inspection. He assured me a good price on the driveway, as well as repair on the back. He even said he could probably do the job the very next day. He NEVER CALLED BACK. It's like they fell off the face of the earth. They are not good with follow-through. I would recommend finding a company that will guarantee their work and actually come back. We ended up hiring Future Turf to come do the repairs in the back. read more

Andrew and his crew came out and gave us a very good quote. The quote was competitive to other local companies prices and was reasonable for the quality of the product they sell. What ultimately sold them was the customer service and way that he understood what we wanted to do with the space that we had in our yard. Picking turf is like choosing a new carpet as there are different qualities and if you have a dog there are options for them too. It's all based on personal preference. We went with the top grade of grass which is like walking on a plush cloud. My kids can enjoy playing games outdoors on the grass and don't complain about how hard the ground is. Three months ago, the idea of installing artificial grass on my front yard never crossed my mind. In the midst of planning some new landscaping work, a friend of my recommended the idea. At first I though "fake turf" would not look right, but I still did the research on it, and actually went to go see some sample sites. from what I saw, artificial grass actually looked way better than regular grass, so I was sold. This was before I looked into all of the cost benifits as well. Anyway I couldnt be happier with my decision on the grass, as well as going with Turf Designs. Thank you turf designs for everything!!! I had a small area I wanted to replace with artificial turf; the area never really got much sunlight and the grass looked unpresentable! Called a few companies, and they kinda blew me off considering the first question they asked was how many square feet the area I wanted to replace was. One company didn't even respond to the email! The area yes was a bit small -closer to 200 square feet, but turf designs treated me well! The project came out looking fantastic! No need to hide the area and keep house guest away from that area!
