Our evicted tenant crashed their moving truck into our gutter so I needed to get it repaired but live out of state. I used Yelp's "Angie's List" type service to find a contractor and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received replies! Mike was able to quickly and easily give me a quote based upon pictures and measurements I sent him. Other contractors wanted to have long discussions, send someone out to take a look in person and basically complicate a simple repair job. I had our realtor, who will be selling the house once we repair all the damage done, take a look. She has a vested interest in making sure the house is presentable for sale. She said it looks great! Whatever the squeegee didn't pick up, Josh didn't try a little elbow grease to remove. Also, he left behind a couple rags outside, failed to put back chairs that he used to stand on the clean the window?? (I even let him borrow my step stool). A little more attention to detail and tidiness would warrant 5 stars. read more

He was prompt in responding to our request to survey our home and provide and estimate, he was totally helpful and professional. Second, one of the reasons we wanted our home power washed was in preparation for painting it. Michael and his crew did a fantastic job and after they were done we have deferred painting our house because it now looks so good. Third, as he washed our roof he inspected the tiles to ensure they were in good condition. He found one cracked and promised to return to replace it because he did not have one of ours on his truck.
