As luck would have it, Angel Carrillo just knocked on my door. He saw the tarp on the roof and offered to give us a quote. And boy, am I glad he did. Angel showed me how they use a self-adhesive layment that is more expensive but much stronger and longer-lasting than what other companies go with. I checked them out online. I spoke with Anthony, the young owner and Angel's older brother. His dad taught him the business. Well, after Anthony described the whole process and timelines, etc., I went with them, not only because they were extremely price competitive but because I felt very comfortable that they would do what they said they would do...and they really did. First, he arrived within the promised two-hour window. Additionally, he called me, and I received a text message with his approximate arrival time. Then, he explained the services they provide, the warranty, any additional services we requested be completed, and more. When I asked him questions about the process, he didn't make me feel dumb; he explained it in a very easy-to-understand way and definitely helped me understand the roofing process a lot better. After about 20 minutes of measurements and calculations, Ryan was able to email me a quote before he left our property! Unfortunately, this company had one of the highest quotes among the other roofing companies we met with, but I can't emphasize enough how professional and knowledgeable Ryan was.
