LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Nick is the BEST! We spoke and he gave me a quote to pressure wash my roof before it was re-done. This was because the roof companies said the tiles last 50+ years and just re-do the paper, warped wood etc. Nick said they do NOT use chemicals, only hot water and very low pressure. I highly recommend Nick's Window Cleaning! I have used several windows cleaners in the past, and they were all good, but George from Nick's company was above and beyond all of them. George is very professional, detail-oriented, and honest. He made sure the job was done right, while others have kinda rushed in and out. When I first reached out to inquire about their services, Nick responded quickly and provided a reasonable quote faster and easier then 5 other companies I contacted. I decided to go with Nick's, seeing how efficient he was. George washed the windows, screens, and cleaned the tracks until they were sparkling clean, better then ever before. I had 2 cracked window panes that I didn't had time to replace, and he had them replaced for me. He noticed the windows and screens that weren't rolling well and replaced the wheels for them. In the end, one of them had rollers that couldn't be removed due to severe corrosion, so he made sure to reduce the payment amount by 10 dollars for the 2 wheels that he didn't end up using, he's so honest. Having my windows roll smoothly for the first time ever is so satisfying! In addition, he unfortunately arrived late due to an issue with his work truck, but he generously made up for it by helping with additional repairs without charging extra for them, which was much more then most service/repairmen have ever done! read more

What a positive experience with window cleaning and power washing - I only wish I could give 6 stars! We last had our windows (40+) cleaned in 2021. We loved the last company but unfortunately they are no longer in business. I found Nick through Yelp and was impressed with the reviews. We gave him details on the number and type of windows and Nick responded right away with a quote. It was less than we paid 3 years ago. We texted pictures of our hardscape and he also gave us a quote for power washing. Nick (windows) and George (power washing) showed up right in time at 8am on a Sunday. Nick did an amazing job with all of the windows and doors - the house is so much brighter than it was before. We forgot what a huge difference clean windows can make. George spent 8 hours power washing and even did our chimney (above and beyond the original request). We have a lot of hardscape and it had not been cleaned in 10 years. Lots of mold and dirt. The difference is incredible - the mold is gone and the pavers, hardscape, and chimney all look amazing. Both Nick and George were very professional and a pleasure to work with. We have a 1500 square-foot home with an enclosed patio that has eight jalousie (louver) windows. Each pane had to be removed and cleaned individually and then put back in. He worked 6.5 hours and charged $219!
