Absolutely stellar experience with Matt! Super fast communication and a friendly and pleasant guy. He did a fantastic job on the windows which were absolutely filthy and covered with spider webs after being vacant for a long time before we purchased it. He fixed our ratty screens and was able to come up with a solution for our oversized slider screen that needed repair. A total pro, can't recommend him enough! Thanks Matt! read more

Matt cleaned out windows today and all I can say is "spotless perfection"! I don't think they have ever been as clean and shiny. Hi highly recommend Matt's Window Cleaning, you get a great service for a very affordable price. read more

I had Matt steam clean the outside of my mobile home and then do my windows in and out. He's very knowlegable about cleaning. He told what would come clean and what won't . I didn't have to move anything around the windows from inside. What a time and work saver for ME ! All I had to do was clear the driveway. With Matt you can tell him what you except and want and he'll provide the best he can. I won't wait so long to get my windows clean next. I kept thinking the screens were missing because they were so clean. They make the house feel so better. thank you Matt read more

Matt continues his excellent business model of reliable, trustworthy and immaculate work. There's something about being able to call a business and get exactly what is promised. Matt is the best, first as a kind person and an amazing window cleaner. We have very large windows and they always look beautiful when done. He's very easy to communicate with when setting up and appointment. Best dependable window clearer you'll ever find. read more

Matt is a GEM!!! I called him this morning and he actually answered the phone. He told me that he charges $10 per window -- I have numerous sliding glass doors, those count as two windows. He came out within 2 hours and took a little over 2 hours for 11 windows and charged me $110!!!!! This is the best deal in town. I called another company weeks ago and they wanted more than double that for the work. We have cathedral ceilings with two windows very high up that I could not get to....no problem at all for Matt! Very professional and I will use him again in the future!!! read more

I used Matt last summer to clean windows. He was very responsive and gave me a quote which was very, very reasonable ( lot less than others quotes). More recently I called Matt about cleaning out some gutters on my mobile home unit. Again, he was very responsive and the quoted rate was very reasonable. He did an excellent job on both issues, i.e windows and gutter cleaning. I would highly recommend him. read more

Matt is professional, courteous and does a great job! My husband commented that the glass in the windows looked like they disappeared because it was so clean. Matt communicated with me via text which makes life so easy. He warned me about the possibility of rain the weekend I had scheduled so we rescheduled, he could have done the windows and it rained on them the next day, but he cared enough to mention the rain. He gave me the phone number of the Milgard Window folks so I can call about the seal damage to my windows, so they can be replaced under their warranty. Matt goes above and beyond and his rates are so reasonable. He is a family man and it shows! Great service!! I highly recommend him!!! read more

Matt did a beautiful job cleaning our windows, inside and out, and was extremely careful with the floors, the walls, and any area where he needed to access the windows.. He arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked straight through the day, not even stopping to eat his lunch. Best of all, Matt is unfailingly polite and courteous - a true gentleman from the old school. I would not hesitate to have him return for any future jobs we may have. We are very, very pleased with our beautiful, spotless, streakless windows. Matt is a true gem. read more
