Wayne set up a time that was convenient for me, and quoted a price that was reasonable. One of Waynes team members, Chris showed up on time, and answered all my questions. He had seen this before and assured me he would be able to get them clean without any damage. I was working in the yard so I got to see how he did it, and it was amazing. The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price.
