I had Spencer come out to clean my gutters and install rain gutter guards, and he was excellent. We hadn't cleaned them in a while, so there was a lot of buildup from pine needles and leaves. He even discovered that some of the pipes were clogged, which explained the water overflowing from the gutters. Spencer did an incredible job, he took his time, made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned, and then even tidied up the surrounding area so it was spotless. We incurred dog daycare expenses, and time off, believing he'd keep the second appointment. He arrived right on time and even reduced his price since my house is a split-level rather than a full-two story house. He unclogged two of my downspout drains and was even able to clear out one that drains to the street using a roto-rooter, charging only a small extra amount for at least an extra hour's worth of work.
