I hired Rob to power wash my roof before I put my house on the market. He and his crew blasted away 28 years of built-up dirt and moss from our concrete-tile roof in less than two hours. The dingy, dark brown tiles are now their original three shades of light grey and look brand new! I also had him do my multi-colored flagstone patio, and he was able to power off the thick, black layer of residue from several bird seed feeders. It was almost a miracle. Rob was super responsive to email and calls and promptly scheduled me for one week later. I comparison-shopped and his was the best combination of high ratings and reasonable price. I still can't believe what a huge improvement a professional power-washing makes! I feel it also increased our house's market value and buyers' confidence in the roof's solid condition. I promise you'll be surprised and pleased at the results! read more

Our 33 year old tile roof was in dire need of cleaning. I contacted Rob, who responded promptly with a detailed proposal, and we were able to get an appointment quickly. Rob and Ryan showed up on time and did an amazing job. They cleaned every area affected by the overspray, squeegeed the windows, cleaned out all the gutters, and also took care of an additional area on the front of the house that we asked about. Everything looks like new! After dealing with several communication issues and even a no show with other companies, we feel very fortunate to have found one that provides such excellent service. Everything from the initial communication to the finished job was professional and thorough. Thanks, Rob! read more

Super happy with the service and quality. They did my roof, driveway, rain gutters, deck and patio areas. No damage to the plants of lawn, I guess because they used environmentally friendly cleaning stuff. The best part was the paving restoration - it literally is in new mint condition now. Thanks guys. read more

Great Experience! Rob Snedden washed all our windows, screens and inside with amazing results. He also power washed our aged back patio and made it look almost new. While he was at it he cleaned our retractable awning. The folks are very professional, showed up on time, and couldn't be nicer to deal with. Icing on the cake was that they are very fairly priced. They are our go-to service from now on. read more

They did an awesome job power washing our cement tile roof prior to solar panel installation. We had no idea how mossy it was but the pictures speak for themselves. Rob was professional, responsive and easy to contact and they did an awesome job! We ended up adding on some hardscape power washing the day of as well. You never realize how dirty surfaces like this are until they are cleaned! They were reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. We would definitely contact them again. read more

It's easy to recommend Conejo Power Wash. I needed help cleaning a concrete driveway and walkway in Moorpark that had become slippery from organic growth over time. It was my first time looking for a power washing service and I contacted a few companies to get an idea on price. Other companies were more responsive by text but they were too interested in asking square footage details for a two car driveway. Rob was easy to contact by phone, he made the pricing fair and scheduling simple. His team actually went beyond what they were asked to do and washed some stucco trim back to white that I was previously convinced needed to be painted. Excellent experience working with this company. read more

Safeco wasn't going to renew our home insurance because of mold or mildew on the roof. Conejo Power Wash were able to come within a week. They took before and after photos and emailed me them the next day. I sent them to Safeco and they reversed their decision. They were on time and easy to communicate with. Also they were the best bid I got. Don't look elsewhere this is who you want to use. read more

Every company can take a lesson from these guys. Professional, courteous, punctual, respectfully and simply great at what they do. Power washing an entire roof, patio, and driveway is a huge and noisy job but they made it as painless as a task of that magnitude can be. The head honcho, whose name I forget, was a total gentleman. Highly recommended! read more

We got our roof and solar panels cleaned by Conejo Power Wash again, last time it was done three years ago. The crew did a thorough job that took a good half a day. In addition to the roof they washed stucco and siding at the 2nd floor level that would be hard to reach for me from the ground. Solar panels were washed with deionized water and power output went up noticeably. It was nice of Rob to answer my e-mail while on vacation , and we had this job scheduled within a week of my call . Communication was perfect and pricing was reasonable. As a bonus I got a set of pictures to send to Liberty Mutual to answer their "algae, moss and mold" letter. read more

I just wanted to express my 5-star appreciation to Rob of Conejo Power Wash who was at my home this morning to power wash my garage door. I have these three key qualities that would greatly summarize Rob: Professional, Polite and Proven. He restored my garage door to looking amazing again after I allowed seven years of dust buildup (from 2018 when my house was first built up to now in August 2025). I can now personally attest to all the excellent reviews that have been posted praising Rob and Conejo Power Wash for the excellent work and service that they provide. I could only wish that all the service contractors who do work at my house were in the same league and caliber as Rob is. I am so satisfied with his work that I have already asked him to come back to power wash my 2nd story windows, some decorative shutters and awnings since I can only reach the 1st story windows myself. So I would highly recommend Rob and Conejo Power Wash to anyone who is looking for the three qualities that I mentioned above: Professional, Polite and Proven. read more

Rob was absolutely amazing. The photos attached here speak for themselves. I contacted Conejo Power Wash to power clean the walls in our backyard. Our backyard looks very close to how it did when we first remodeled. I couldn't be more pleased with Rob and his team at Conejo Power Wash! read more

Great job! Rob (the owner) responded immediately to my text for price and availability. Ian is the young man that came out and did the job. I had my entire backyard done.
