This was the 3rd or fourth time window cleaning crew came. This time around my house was burglarized by the cleaning crew. While I was home even when I was periodically going upstairs. My son noticed his silver chains were missing after the cleaning 2 guys left. Called John the owner and told him the situation that some jewelry went missing and was in disbelief. Explained that his cleaning guy said it had accidentally falling on his towels (not sure how that can happen). Then pointing the finger at the other at fault saying how the one cleaning outside told the guy cleaning the inside of the hose to leave the window open so he could access inside the house. One of the guys brought back everything stolen (value of $800) but the fact that there was violation of trust. I was sick to my stomach and upsetwould reconsider using this business. I also filed a police report just in case something like this happens again to someone else. Can't prosecute since the value of the items was below the limits. So beware! read more

Our windows were beyond overdue for cleaning. I contacted a few services on Yelp and John was the fastest to reply and also the quickest to get a quote and book. Gustavo arrived a few minutes late but they called to let me know which is more than fair. He then spent all day long scrubbing my windows clean, washing my screens clean and going to work on all the window tracks inside and out. Our windows have never looked so clean. Both of our neighbors already want to book because of my windows. Gustavo is a good guy and a hard worker and we were beyond impressed. There are a lot of items inside by my windows, and they move them all very carefully. They remove my screens, scrub them clean, and also clean the surrounding window areas. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Scenic View's work on my house here in Newbury Park yesterday, July 17, 2018. The Owner, John showed up fifteen minutes early to my scheduled time and introduced himself to me and my dogs. He later introduced me to his employee, Gustavo and the two of them got to work. They did a VERY thorough job cleaning my windows inside and out, the tracks and all screens. They also washed all of my 52 Solar Panels on top of my roof as well as cleaning out all my rain gutters. It has been at least 8 years since all of this has been done. They finished about four hours later. This was a fairly big job and the two of them performed very well. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them in the future. I hope to see them back next year and will try my hardest not to wait 8 years again. Too bad they don't offer service over on the Big Island of Hawaii. I have a bunch of windows at my house outside of Hilo,Hawaii and did offer them to stay there in exchange for service. Gustavo did an epic job. It's like a whole new world looking out of our windows! John was very honest and direct with his communications which took away any guessing on my part as the consumer. I live a narrow condo with windows on only two sides. In the photos I sent, one window was almost not visible and John hinted at possible charging more had he been out in person to offer a quote. Either charge me more, or don't. I don't need to hear that because it leaves me, the consumer feeling like I'm cheating someone. There was one window (a small one above or front door) that wasn't cleaned but John was very persistent and insistent upon coming back to have it cleaned. Really happy with the way John cleaned our windows. He paid attention to detail, and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. I miscounted my windows..forgot small ones in the showers and doors....he cleaned them anyway and didn't charge more. I definitely will call John again. I also liked that he did the bid based upon what I told him, what he could see about our house on google earth (or something like that).
