I called to have my driveway power washed. Ruben informed me the grease stains on the concrete would probably not come out, as concrete is very porous.so he mentioned possibly put an époxy coating after steam cleaning. He then asked to inspect the sidewalks and the roof. Sure check it all while you're here. He informed me the roof nails had not been properly sealed and were therefore popping up from the shingles and loose shingles. Since mobile home and no attic he said I need to protect Sheetrock ceiling, rain storm could cause major damage to ceiling from nail holes in roof. Longer story short had it inspected and photos again no pop up nails nor loose shingles. I was being scammed. He wanted $485 to power wash the driveway and sidewalks. I had done my home work this was exhorbitant, I informed Ruben I was disappointed and would not need his services. I had a oil stain all over the floor of my garage . I discovered it too late for Ruben and his son to get most of it removed. After doing this last year, SCE ended up sending me a sizable check since my system generated MORE energy than what we used all year. I'm looking forward to seeing how much better our solar panels will perform now that years of buildup have been removed.
