However, the contract shows that a rotation of vacuuming the furniture, cleaning cobwebs, dusting baseboards and cleaning the blinds should be expected. However, I don't see evidence of this happening, though I did call the office to request it several months ago. I don't expect all those things each time, but a rotation was in the contract and is expected. But God bless them for my sparkling microwave and sink every other week! Huzzah! I was contacted the week of the scheduled cleaning on Monday the 15th to confirm and verify scheduling for the 18th. On Wednesday, 17 June, I received a call informing me that due to a scheduling error on THEIR part and workers not showing up, my cleaning would have to be rescheduled to the following week (the 24th or 25th). This was unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. You will be left scrambling last minute due to their inability to maintain a professional workforce.
