One thing I wish was slightly different, is the rotation of items considered "deep cleaning." The ladies clean our blinds most of the time (and believe me, I'm thankful for that!). However, the contract shows that a rotation of vacuuming the furniture, cleaning cobwebs, dusting baseboards and cleaning the blinds should be expected. However, I don't see evidence of this happening, though I did call the office to request it several months ago. I don't expect all those things each time, but a rotation was in the contract and is expected. But God bless them for my sparkling microwave and sink every other week! Huzzah!
