It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but I feel like I was completely duped. By the…read morereviews I saw online of this company I was impressed at first -5 stars, women owned, and local - I thought "how perfect!" Then the day came for my cleaning and no one showed up at the time they specified. After about 15 minutes, I called and asked where they were and if they were having trouble since no one has arrived yet and the owner just said "oh ya I was about to call you, they're on their way." Right. Another 20 minutes later I get a call from the owner saying they are having trouble finding the place so I give directions and excited they are finally there. NOPE. Another 30 MINUTES passes, total of 1 hr, of waiting for them. I open the door and they just smile like they didn't just show up an hour late and no apology either. 2 people sent and they both worked in each room at the same time. 2.5 hours for a 1 bed 1 bath that really only needed the kitchen and bathroom done seems a bit odd. The place didn't even smell clean when they left and they left dust all over the floor! (Picture attached) The owner never apologized for the complete lack of respect of my time and quite frankly the job done was not worth the money. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

After trying countless cleaning services over the past decade--most of which started strong but quickly declined in quality--I can confidently say that Maria and her team have completely changed my expectations. From the very first visit, Maria impressed me with her thoroughness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the space she was cleaning. She and her team don't just clean around things--they move items carefully to clean behind, underneath, and in all the places most services overlook. It's this level of dedication that sets them apart. Maria is friendly, trustworthy, and consistently punctual, with excellent communication before and after each visit. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every corner of my home. The team's consistency and professionalism have been unwavering, which is incredibly hard to find these days. What's more, La Morra offers a fair price for truly excellent service--not just at the beginning, but every single time. That kind of reliability and value is something I've searched for for years, and I'm so grateful to have finally found it. If you're looking for a cleaning service that treats your home with the same care and respect you would, look no further than La Morra and Maria's outstanding team.

Such an easy, hassle-free process. Prior to our initial service, George stopped by to survey my property in person. He took note of certain rooms that I wanted to exclude, and acknowledged specific areas that needed special attention. He answered all my questions and even moved around the schedule to accommodate my last-minute request for a cleaning later that same day. Later that afternoon, George showed up with his lovely wife, Estela, and a sweet helper named Sonya. He instructed the ladies what was agreed to so that we were all on the same page. Estela and Sonya were such a delight! They took so much care in my home and paid attention to the smallest details. My home was literally cleaned from top to bottom -- they even brought a step ladder to wipe out the chandelier, as well as to reach nooks and crannies of the crown molding. And the best part, you are given ONE FLAT FEE upfront, so you know exactly what the total cost is from the beginning. There are no surprise hidden charges here. I appreciate how the rate is per job, not per hour. I've had terrible experiences with shady cleaning companies in the past -- I'm given a lowball quote, but then they take their time and I end up with a bill that's doubled from the original quote. That is not the case here. The girls work quickly, efficiently, and are thorough. They do a better job than my lazy self ever would. Competitive rates for a one-time cleaning, as well as recurring monthly and bi-weekly service. Highly recommended!

Other companies I spoke with had long lists of what's included and what costs extra. Estela's doesn't operate that way. Highly recommend.
