I really wanted to work with Estela's company but today's cleaning took a team of 3 about an hour an a half. They sold themselves really well on the initial consultation. We agreed on a price and detailed cleaning every two weeks. I used them about four times and today was the final time. Picture are from kitchen, tables, bathroom door, light bulbs. I'm very disappointed with Estella's Home Cleaning. I hired them based on their high ratings on Yelp. We also met them and they seemed like nice people. They cleaned our home about 3 weeks ago and they did a good job. After they left I noticed that the bidet cover on our very expensive Toto toilet had been badly scratched. I had warned them beforehand to not use anything abrasive on the those toilets. They did offer to fix but unfortunately this cover is not easily fixed, our replaced, as it's all part of one unit. In spite of this I thought I would give them another chance as accidents do happen. I messaged Blanca on 9/30/24 and she said they had Friday 10/4/24 available. I said okay and 9 AM was fine for us. At 9:15 they had not arrived and I messaged again to see if they were going to come. I did not hear back and they never showed up. On 10/5/24 Blanca messaged me if Monday 10/7/24 was okay. No explanation, no apology on why they did not show the day before. At this point I'm done with them. I was willing to give them a second chance after damaging the toilet but too late. I will look elsewhere for someone to clean our home. read more

I hired them to clean my parents house, I can say I had a really good experience with them, they all wore masks they did a walk-through before even starting and they did a walk-through at the end once they were done. They are fast, a crew of 2 sometimes 3. In and out within 2 hours which was great but, the quality of work was not up to par. I had a regular schedule with them, every other Monday and only hired them a couple months ago so they came maybe 3 times and each time something very basic was not done. Dusting, ensuring tables are clean, little things that normally wouldn't bother me but it adds up quickly. Considering there really is not a good service anywhere in Camarillo or Ventura, I was just going to deal with it but the guy that runs the show just text me saying, the lady that cleans isn't comfortable doing my house anymore because I mentioned these little things a couple times. Anyway, if you want a cleaning service that half asses the job and then gets all butt hurt when you ask them to "please not miss this spot", LOL don't hire this group. read more

Estela and Sonya were such a delight! They took so much care in my home and paid attention to the smallest details. My home was literally cleaned from top to bottom -- they even brought a step ladder to wipe out the chandelier, as well as to reach nooks and crannies of the crown molding. And the best part, you are given ONE FLAT FEE upfront, so you know exactly what the total cost is from the beginning. There are no surprise hidden charges here. I appreciate how the rate is per job, not per hour. I've had terrible experiences with shady cleaning companies in the past -- I'm given a lowball quote, but then they take their time and I end up with a bill that's doubled from the original quote. They didn't touch light fixtures - left w dead bugs and layer of dust. Also I paid extra for window service - tracks left with dirt and dust. basically I paid $385 for basic clean plus appliances, 900 sq foot house. I've been using George and his crew for the past few months. Having tried out at least two other house cleaning services, I settled on Estela's because their pricing was reasonable, and after the initial (albeit more expensive) "deep" cleaning, they worked with me on timing as I only need housekeepers here once a month. My girlfriend and I both work from home, so they were great about working around us, and we'd move to whatever floor they weren't on. Most other cleaning services demanded that we book every 2 weeks, otherwise it would be astronomically more expensive. The girls are thorough, polite, and do a much better job than I could. I had been using this cleaning service for a couple of months and was generally pretty happy with the results. Throughout our time working with them, we tipped generously and even overpaid around $100. Upon starting services George informed me that it was $210 for an initial cleaning and $135 bi weekly after that. I confirmed the price 2 months after starting services to venmo him, at which point he said it was actually $160 "as discussed." The money wasn't so much the problem but rather that we never had a discussion on the price being $160 instead, and that was made up. When I screenshot our conversation with proof of what was told to me, he told me he couldn't charge me $135. I then let him know we would pay the $160 this time, but that we would need to deliberate on moving forward due to the lack of flexibility of not being willing to honor the price as a courtesy for his error this time before agreeing on a totally new set price. I paid $180, not $160, STILL as a courtesy and then right after he let me know they decided to stop services with us. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. All of these were errors on their behalf, and we had been generous throughout our time together. If you want crappy customer service and prices that get made up as you go, look no further.
