After getting multiple quotes on Yelp, I chose Estela's for weekly cleaning -- and a month in, I couldn't be happier. What sets them apart is simple: they clean what needs to be cleaned. Other companies I spoke with had long lists of what's included and what costs extra. Estela's doesn't operate that way. They treat my home like their own -- if there's a dead fly on the window sill, they wipe it. When they leave, my house feels truly clean, not like someone just hit the highlights and left the rest. Highly recommend. read more

I really wanted to work with Estela's company but today's cleaning took a team of 3 about an hour an a half. They sold themselves really well on the initial consultation. We agreed on a price and detailed cleaning every two weeks. I used them about four times and today was the final time. Picture are from kitchen, tables, bathroom door, light bulbs. We live in an area that has a lot of dust so my request was for them to do thorough dusting every two weeks. Be very careful when hiring this company. read more

Estella didn't move in cleaning for us. Talk to bottom the place was immaculately clean. Her communication was excellent and her staff were extremely hard-working and friendly. I am very impressed. One of the best cleaning people I've ever had the pleasure of using. Thank you, Estella for the good honest hard work and sparkling clean home. Highly recommended. read more

I'm very happy with Estela and her crew. They helped me get my filthy home back into a state that I could maintain. The whole team was efficient and thorough. They brought professional cleaning gear and accommodated my various obstacles. I'll be requesting cleaning from Estela again when I need it done properly. read more

Just stunned! We had our previous cleaners for almost three years when their crew chief left and things plummeted. I hired Estela's team and they are about halfway through their first cleaning. I am STUNNED! Thorough, pleasant, professional, fast, trustworthy, detailed, and friendly. Great, great, great experience. Hire them - because a dedicated entrepreneur like Estela has earned and deserves every drop of success coming to her! A+++ read more

I'm very disappointed with Estella's Home Cleaning. I hired them based on their high ratings on Yelp. We also met them and they seemed like nice people. They cleaned our home about 3 weeks ago and they did a good job. After they left I noticed that the bidet cover on our very expensive Toto toilet had been badly scratched. I had warned them beforehand to not use anything abrasive on the those toilets. They did offer to fix but unfortunately this cover is not easily fixed, our replaced, as it's all part of one unit. In spite of this I thought I would give them another chance as accidents do happen. I messaged Blanca on 9/30/24 and she said they had Friday 10/4/24 available. I said okay and 9 AM was fine for us. At 9:15 they had not arrived and I messaged again to see if they were going to come. I did not hear back and they never showed up. On 10/5/24 Blanca messaged me if Monday 10/7/24 was okay. No explanation, no apology on why they did not show the day before. At this point I'm done with them. I was willing to give them a second chance after damaging the toilet but too late. I will look elsewhere for someone to clean our home. read more

We used Estela's a couple years back and it worked great! I'm living in another state currently, but I'll be sure to call them up if I move on back! read more

I hired them to clean my parents house, I can say I had a really good experience with them, they all wore masks they did a walk-through before even starting and they did a walk-through at the end once they were done. I really appreciate the hard work they put in cleaning my parents house. My mom is already too old to clean all the minor details they did an excellent job on both fridges. Would highly recommend and definitely will use them again. read more

I am so thrilled with the end result of my deep cleaning today! George was very responsive when getting my quote and setting up a time to come out and I appreciated that they do a full walk through before hand to make sure we were on the same page and focus areas. The ladies were efficient, thorough and did such an amazing job. My house needed a deep clean and there is just something about clean baseboards that is soothing. I wish I took before pictures because the afters were amazing! Overall 5 stars for overall experience, have already recommended them and will be using them again. read more

Excellent service. Great communication. Five stars is an understatement. I found Estela on Yelp when my regular cleaning crew had to reschedule, which was catastrophic with our timelines because we were selling the home. But, that was a blessing in disguise because we found Estela! I can't thank her and her crew enough for the stellar job they did, at a very affordable rate. read more

Excellent service and quality. they left the place very clean and worked diligently. the house is large, but they worked efficiently and did not skip anything. highly recommend!! read more

This was one of the worst cleaning services I have ever experienced. They quoted a $625 estimate for a one bedroom condo deep professional cleaning. While they were cleaning, the manager said it was more dirty than she thought. So would add just an little more $ to it. So we agreed. Ended up the invoice was $1,225 and my husband paid without consulting me. read more

I had them come in for a deep clean and they did a fantastic job!!! Can't thank them enough.

Estelas came in and did magic! Awesome job. Great prices!we had a 2bedroom 2 bath apt. It was in baaad shape, after immaculate

They are fast, a crew of 2 sometimes 3. In and out within 2 hours which was great but, the quality of work was not up to par. I had a regular schedule with them, every other Monday and only hired them a couple months ago so they came maybe 3 times and each time something very basic was not done. Dusting, ensuring tables are clean, little things that normally wouldn't bother me but it adds up quickly. Considering there really is not a good service anywhere in Camarillo or Ventura, I was just going to deal with it but the guy that runs the show just text me saying, the lady that cleans isn't comfortable doing my house anymore because I mentioned these little things a couple times. Anyway, if you want a cleaning service that half asses the job and then gets all butt hurt when you ask them to "please not miss this spot", LOL don't hire this group. read more

WOW! My house is cleaner than when we first moved in! A clean home is a wonderful treat for oneself, and a big load off your shoulders if you're expecting visitors. Such an easy, hassle-free process. Prior to our initial service, George stopped by to survey my property in person. He took note of certain rooms that I wanted to exclude, and acknowledged specific areas that needed special attention. He answered all my questions and even moved around the schedule to accommodate my last-minute request for a cleaning later that same day. Later that afternoon, George showed up with his lovely wife, Estela, and a sweet helper named Sonya. He instructed the ladies what was agreed to so that we were all on the same page. Estela and Sonya were such a delight! They took so much care in my home and paid attention to the smallest details. My home was literally cleaned from top to bottom -- they even brought a step ladder to wipe out the chandelier, as well as to reach nooks and crannies of the crown molding. And the best part, you are given ONE FLAT FEE upfront, so you know exactly what the total cost is from the beginning. There are no surprise hidden charges here. I appreciate how the rate is per job, not per hour. I've had terrible experiences with shady cleaning companies in the past -- I'm given a lowball quote, but then they take their time and I end up with a bill that's doubled from the original quote. That is not the case here. The girls work quickly, efficiently, and are thorough. They do a better job than my lazy self ever would. Competitive rates for a one-time cleaning, as well as recurring monthly and bi-weekly service. Highly recommended! read more

George gave top notch customer service over the phone followed by bad cleaning service. I don't recommend for move out clean. Pretty bad job. They didn't touch light fixtures - left w dead bugs and layer of dust. Also I paid extra for window service - tracks left with dirt and dust. basically I paid $385 for basic clean plus appliances, 900 sq foot house. I had one table in the house which they didn't bother to even wipe down. read more

Estela and the ladies are the BEST! I have been using them for 6 months now every other week. My husband and I LOVE when its Estela Day. As soon as you walk through the door you can smell how fresh the house is. As you climb the stairs you see the clean carpet. When you enter the kitchen it is sparkling clean. Best of all and my most dreaded room to clean...the bathrooms! Just amazing. I cannot use enough adjectives to describe the wonderful job they do and the feeling we have after Estela Day! read more

Estela and her crew did an amazing job of deep cleaning for our family! Highly recommend!

I've been using George and his crew for the past few months. Having tried out at least two other house cleaning services, I settled on Estela's because their pricing was reasonable, and after the initial (albeit more expensive) "deep" cleaning, they worked with me on timing as I only need housekeepers here once a month. My girlfriend and I both work from home, so they were great about working around us, and we'd move to whatever floor they weren't on. Most other cleaning services demanded that we book every 2 weeks, otherwise it would be astronomically more expensive. The girls are thorough, polite, and do a much better job than I could. Highly recommend, especially if you're too busy with a job and prefer your weekends to be spent having a good time rather than dusting and mopping floors. read more

I reached out for a moving out cleaning service and they were quick to respond and schedule. I was very happy with the results and would recommend their services. read more

I had been using this cleaning service for a couple of months and was generally pretty happy with the results. Throughout our time working with them, we tipped generously and even overpaid around $100. Upon starting services George informed me that it was $210 for an initial cleaning and $135 bi weekly after that. I confirmed the price 2 months after starting services to venmo him, at which point he said it was actually $160 "as discussed." The money wasn't so much the problem but rather that we never had a discussion on the price being $160 instead, and that was made up. When I screenshot our conversation with proof of what was told to me, he told me he couldn't charge me $135. I then let him know we would pay the $160 this time, but that we would need to deliberate on moving forward due to the lack of flexibility of not being willing to honor the price as a courtesy for his error this time before agreeing on a totally new set price. I paid $180, not $160, STILL as a courtesy and then right after he let me know they decided to stop services with us. TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL. All of these were errors on their behalf, and we had been generous throughout our time together. If you want crappy customer service and prices that get made up as you go, look no further. Super unfortunate. read more

Contacted George and he was great. They showed up at the right time and did a fantastic job. highly recommend!

I've used Estelas twice now for move out cleans and each time they have done a great job. They take their time and pay attention to detail. Working with George at Estela's Cleaning Service was a dream. I gifted a deep cleaning service to a friend, it needed to be done on short notice and Estela's did not disappoint. They did an incredible job. Communication was quick and easy, I was able to pay via Venmo, and since it was a gift the homeowner didn't have to worry about anything. The house looks great and I could not be more satisfied with my experience. I just wished they serviced the LA area that I live in :). Would highly recommend. read more
