Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. We prefer for the house to get cleaned on Tues - Thurs and often they text or call before to change it. They never clean our windows / glass sliding door. We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services.
