We had been using Cindi's company for a long while now with regards to cleaning our home. For a while, they offered good quality value, but there had been many cancelations and reschedules by them on almost a bi-weekly to weekly basis. We prefer for the house to get cleaned on Tues - Thurs and often they text or call before to change it. They never clean our windows / glass sliding door. We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services. read more

Great cleaning service, used for the first time and house came out really nice. Looking forward to working with them in the future, thank you! read more

My husband and I had a great first time deep cleaning of our home done by these ladies today! They were so nice and professional, and they made our home look and feel so much cleaner. Their services are very affordable for us too. We definitely plan to contact them again in a couple months, when we are ready for Spring cleaning. We highly recommend this company for your home cleaning needs! read more

Great cleaning service by Patty! Everything looked fresh and spotless in my home! She arrived on time and took her time to do a thorough cleaning. I will definitely be using her again! read more

I run a property management for few buildings and residences and mostly have long term tenants in the West Valley, if there is a move-out or tenants requesting weekly cleaning services, Dust bunnies is my go-to. I ask my tenants and staff to efficiently communicate on their services they request. Pretty much keeping things straightforward and what to expect from a job has worked for us for quite some time now. My experience is that they've been professional, committed and respectful, some and many more reasons I'll keep using their services. read more

Competitively priced and very efficient! Most definitely would have the girls clean my house again !

Outstanding cleaning services and we highly recommend dust bunnies!! The owner is very attentive and has excellent communication with clients! Please always ask what is included in cleaning services so there is no misinterpretation. I am happy with Cindi's company! read more

We needed someone to clean our house after we moved out. They did a superb job. Everything was clean and they were early

Cindi bent over backwards to make things happen when we needed to change our moving plans. And the results were spectacular! Rosa and Flor were pros and gave us a sparkling clean house which made everyone happy! Will definitely hire again. read more

What can I say, I am amazed by the job Rosa and Flor did. My house is spotless and they were so friendly and attentive to detail. They asked me to check each room upon them finishing and I have to say there were no complaints! Will definitely be using again. Cindy is also great with communication and answering any questions. read more

Nice ,efficient cleaners with a lot of experience who know what they're doing. I am having them come here again for a deep cleaning. Can't wait to smell the freshness and see the job they do!! Thanks! read more

I took a chance... based upon all of the positive Yelp reviews! I'm recently divorced and haven't given the place a "good" cleaning in quite some time. They weren't the cheapest of the choices but the best ones rarely are.... Well I'm blown away at how good the deep cleaning was! I recommend them to all and will be using them regularly! Thanks Rosa! read more

The ladies arrive on time, they are very neat, efficient and thorough. Everything is clean and tidy.

We had cindi's crew come to do a deep clean on our house before we showed it for sale. They said 3pm which I was a bit skeptical that was enough time for a deep clean. They arrived and we packed the kids up (even though they said we didn't have to) and we went to the in-laws house. Before leaving they asked what if anything extra we wanted and we just said clean. After 3 hours we got a call saying they were done but when we got home the house was cleaner than it's ever been since we moved in 3 years ago. This is hard to write an honest review because I know this means they will be busy and hard to book but I feel it's not right to sit on this gold mine if great service from women who are amazing at what they do any also funny as heck. Once we move out of our house that sold super fast we will be using them for our monthly cleaning. I can't wait. Do yourself a favor and book them. I didn't regret it and the price wasn't bad at all. read more

Cindi's customer service was great. I haven't had her cleaning service just yet as I am in the process of figuring out a time that works for both of us. She is very responsive and nice. I look forward to meeting her. I have heard nothing but great things about her services and have been referred to her by many. Everyone says she does a good job. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because she hasn't actually cleaned my home just yet. I will edit my review once that has been done and hope to change it to 5 stars. read more

Ended up firing them. Evidently,my standards are way above other people. I have a difficult to clean tile floor but I showed her how to do it. Last time, I came home after a very long day to find the floor filthy I then proceeded to wash it myself at 10:00 at night. MOT HAPPY! Same day, I had left a quilt and clean duvet cover out to be put on our bed - didn't happen!!! read more

I called for a one-time cleaning after calling several other service providers. Why Cindi? Because she was able to quote a competitive price, details about what the price covered and how long it would take. Cindi and her daughter arrived with lots of cleaning products and tools. They were whirling dervishes - super high energy, personable and thorough. They did the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom, and living areas and even removed and cleaned the windows on the living room, bedrooms and patio door. (They didn't remove the sliding glass door, just cleaned it.) They were here longer than quoted so at "time" I asked how they were doing and to re-visit the original quote. They said the price would not change and just kept going. They were meticulous and professional. No stopping to talk on the cell phone or text. They asked questions and worked around me and Joe. They didn't even mind that Joe wanted to play while Cindi vacuumed. Having a regular house cleaning service isn't really in my budget because my place is small-ish (1000 sq feet), but I will definitely have them back. If you want someone who exemplifies the words, "strong work ethic" then reach out to Cindi and give her a try. You will not be disappointed - quite the contrary - you'll be absolutely delighted and will have a cleaning service that meets or quite possibly exceeds your expectations! P.S. They worked so hard I paid them more than what they quoted. Cindi was very thankful and appreciative. The smile on her face told me that she truly takes pride in her work and that her customers' satisfaction is Priority #1! read more

I was looking for house cleaners to prepare my house for sale. I had to reschedule quite a bit but Cindi was very accommodating. Rosa and Flor showed up exactly on time. I didn't have to explain much other than that I wanted the house cleaned to sell. They delivered beyond my expectations. From shower glass doors to inside the cupboards; everything was cleaned very nicely. I highly recommend their service! read more

Great service! I'll be using them again for sure. They are fast and very good! They go above and beyond what they are required to do! I highly recommend you use Cindi's for your next cleaning needs! They will take good care of you! read more

Fantastic service, amazing results! I would (and will) use Cindi's Dust Bunnies again, without hesitation. I contacted Cindi on a Tuesday, and two days later, her team was hard at work cleaning my house. We were moving out, so our place needed a pretty intense cleaning. The day before I contacted Cindi, another company quoted me $400 more than Cindi did for the exact same level of service. Cindi definitely sent in her A Team! Rosa and the other woman on her team (whose name I, unfortunately, do not know,) arrived on time, and they worked hard to get the place as close to spotless as I had ever seen it in the 5 years I lived there! They did not miss a single detail. The end result was way beyond my expectations. Thanks to Cindi and her incredible staff, getting 100% of my security deposit back from my landlord is a very real possibility! I only wish I could give Cindi's Dust Bunnies 10 stars!! read more

First time client but waited until 2nd visit to write my review. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning which took longer and cost more but WORTH EVERY DOLLAR! Today was Rosa's second visit and my house is immaculate!! Rosa was punctual, efficient, thorough - 3 things I look for in a cleaning service. I am extremely happy. I definitely recommend Cindi's Dust Bunnies!! read more

I have used Cindi's Dust Bunnies for roughly 5 years and I think she is great. She is friendly, honest, and very receptive to input/feed back to cater the clean to your preference. She truly cares about doing a good job that you are pleased with. After 5 years she is like a member of the family at this point. read more

Rosa was incredible. She showed up highly motivated, masked and cleaned the house (move out cleaning) SPOTLESS! Cycling fan blades, inside all drawers including kitchen drawers, fridge,... Everything! Highly recommended read more

It's never easy to get help from a distance, but in this case we needed our new house deep cleaned before coming down to stay for a few days. Cindi was quick to reply to my inquiries, very punctual for the appointment (which was of essence since I had a friend coming by and letting Cindi and her team into the house), and she and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our house. It smelled fantastic when we opened the door, and everything looked so clean. Cindi is trustworthy, diligent and committed to doing a good job, and I really appreciate her solution oriented approach. The water was turned off due to a potential water leak inside, so when Cindi and her team arrived there was no running water. However, we managed to resolve the problem via phone and got the water back on. I will not hesitate to hire Cindi again. read more

Excellent housekeeping. Cindi has been cleaning my many different houses for the last 7 or 8 years. Cindi does a wonderful job, she is conscientious, dependable and very trustworthy. Two years of careful cleaning and reliable service. I can say a lot more great stuff about Cindi but that's probably the most important thing you want to know. Oh and her prices are inclusive and fair. read more

Highly recommend Cindi . She just cleaned my home yesterday with another gal who's name eludes me, and they did a fantastic job. I love that they bring their own supplies. They were on time and she even texted me when they were on the way. Very friendly fun ladies. Excellent work and didn't have an attitude if I asked for something done . Now my house smells and looks clean. Thank you ladies . read more

Cindi and her helper Debra arrived on time. We discussed the cleaning products to be used and what she does and doesn't do leaving me with no surprises. They are both very nice, personable an open. They did a great job cleaning and will be back in a month. I think I found a keeper! read more

I used Cindi to clean for me for the first time. She brought her own supplies and cleaned to a fair-thee-well!! The last two house cleaner services that I have used have been less than satisfactory. I am no longer able to do my own housework, so I am appreciative when I find someone who is detailed as I was. She has offered to use a lime cleaner on my shower door..next time she comes. Thank you so much Cindi. read more

After trying three "expert" home cleaning people, we had to let each one go after a thirty day trial period. Then we found Cindi who has been with us for two years. You will not find another person as meticulous, professional or as dependable as Cindi. Without fail, for the last two years when the doorbell rang at 9 AM, it's Cindi. Never late! We have a four bedroom home with three, full bathrooms. Cindi treats it with the same care as if it was her home and we feel she is part of our home and family. She is one that truly takes pride in what she does and goes far beyond what you might expect. I'm giving her five stars only because I can't give her ten. Give her a try and you will be writing a review just like this one. read more

Cindi and her two colleagues cleaned our rental prior to moving.
