We had been using Cindi's company for a long while now with regards to cleaning our home. For a while, they offered good quality value, but there had been many cancelations and reschedules by them on almost a bi-weekly to weekly basis. We prefer for the house to get cleaned on Tues - Thurs and often they text or call before to change it. They never clean our windows / glass sliding door. We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services. read more

We had cindi's crew come to do a deep clean on our house before we showed it for sale. They said 3pm which I was a bit skeptical that was enough time for a deep clean. They arrived and we packed the kids up (even though they said we didn't have to) and we went to the in-laws house. Before leaving they asked what if anything extra we wanted and we just said clean. After 3 hours we got a call saying they were done but when we got home the house was cleaner than it's ever been since we moved in 3 years ago. This is hard to write an honest review because I know this means they will be busy and hard to book but I feel it's not right to sit on this gold mine if great service from women who are amazing at what they do any also funny as heck. Once we move out of our house that sold super fast we will be using them for our monthly cleaning. I can't wait. Do yourself a favor and book them. Ended up firing them. Evidently,my standards are way above other people. I have a difficult to clean tile floor but I showed her how to do it. Last time, I came home after a very long day to find the floor filthy I then proceeded to wash it myself at 10:00 at night. MOT HAPPY! I called for a one-time cleaning after calling several other service providers. Why Cindi? Because she was able to quote a competitive price, details about what the price covered and how long it would take. Cindi and her daughter arrived with lots of cleaning products and tools. They were whirling dervishes - super high energy, personable and thorough. They did the kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, bathroom, and living areas and even removed and cleaned the windows on the living room, bedrooms and patio door. (They didn't remove the sliding glass door, just cleaned it.) They were here longer than quoted so at "time" I asked how they were doing and to re-visit the original quote. They said the price would not change and just kept going. They were meticulous and professional. No stopping to talk on the cell phone or text. They asked questions and worked around me and Joe. They didn't even mind that Joe wanted to play while Cindi vacuumed. Having a regular house cleaning service isn't really in my budget because my place is small-ish (1000 sq feet), but I will definitely have them back. If you want someone who exemplifies the words, "strong work ethic" then reach out to Cindi and give her a try. You will not be disappointed - quite the contrary - you'll be absolutely delighted and will have a cleaning service that meets or quite possibly exceeds your expectations! P.S. Fantastic service, amazing results! I would (and will) use Cindi's Dust Bunnies again, without hesitation. I contacted Cindi on a Tuesday, and two days later, her team was hard at work cleaning my house. We were moving out, so our place needed a pretty intense cleaning. The day before I contacted Cindi, another company quoted me $400 more than Cindi did for the exact same level of service. Cindi definitely sent in her A Team! Rosa and the other woman on her team (whose name I, unfortunately, do not know,) arrived on time, and they worked hard to get the place as close to spotless as I had ever seen it in the 5 years I lived there! They did not miss a single detail. The end result was way beyond my expectations. It's never easy to get help from a distance, but in this case we needed our new house deep cleaned before coming down to stay for a few days. Cindi was quick to reply to my inquiries, very punctual for the appointment (which was of essence since I had a friend coming by and letting Cindi and her team into the house), and she and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our house. It smelled fantastic when we opened the door, and everything looked so clean. Cindi is trustworthy, diligent and committed to doing a good job, and I really appreciate her solution oriented approach. The water was turned off due to a potential water leak inside, so when Cindi and her team arrived there was no running water.
