Subpar cleaning job the first time. Second time claimed they "got into a car accident," and couldn't come to our house, however our garage opener was left open, so clearly someone tried to get into the house and could not. The cleaning was re-scheduled after MUCH broken communication (I.e. constant checking in) and when they returned the cleaning ladies could not figure out how to open a simple garage opener they claimed and just left. never received an apology or follow up response, did not offer to come another day so I could show them how to open it, nothing. I am a creature of habit so I stayed with the same cleaning company for about 17 years. When the previous owner left, it wasn't the same with the new owner!! I was so tired of having a different crew every week with the exception of the lead!! I tried another cleaner but due to personal reasons, she couldn't continue. I saw a few recommendations on the Nextdoor App for Clean Break Sisters (CBS). I then read the reviews about them on Yelp. (I rely heavily on Yelp reviews) The previous company hardly had any - a big clue right?? I called CBS and left a message. Within minutes Christian returned my call. Based on the square footage and rooms in my home, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. He was also able to fit me in for my first clean within two days of my call. Jackie and Susi who are sisters were amazing!!! Although Jackie was feeling under the weather, it didn't deter her from working hard! They don't waste time chit- chatting either between themselves or with me. I am a chatter box!! I was also impressed with their cleaning products. They provided everything!! I suffer from allergies and asthma so they used products that didn't even aggravate or trigger any symptoms!! There was some irritant in the vacuum cleaner from their previous clean that bothered my lungs but they assured me that it would be cleaned before starting my home going forward!! It is evident that Jackie and Susi has learned about housekeeping 101. Every item moved for cleaning purposes was returned to its original place. I didn't have to rearrange anything!!! Compared to the previous company, I must have spent 20 minutes after each returning items to its original places before. I am so relieved to finally find a company and crew who I am confident will be a good fit! They genuinely care about doing a good job to earn their money!! I am a neat freak and want a clean house 24/7, but when you have a toddler, an infant and 2 dogs, desire is not reality. Most days I'm lucky if I even get to shower let alone deep clean my home. I sent a message to Christian asking for a deep clean on my home and he got right back to me and scheduled me the same week! Our house really needed a scrubbing and as a new mommy working full time, I much rather spend my free time with my little man! I've hired cleaning services before and always been happy, but Jacky went above and beyond! She even cleaned the soap bottles in the shower! We had hard water stains in the sink and she somehow got it out! We have 3 bathrooms and she even folded the toilet paper like a hotel... little details like that make me smile. Jackie was scheduled to clean for my house (5 bedroom 4 bathroom) with kitchen and formal and den area at 9am and she arrived around 8:50, she was so professional and asked question when needed on what else to clean or dust. Christian her brother is very communicative and helpful he is very understanding and super sweet. Jackie did the most amazing job in all the rooms including my children's bathroom and rooms, as well as the kitchen and appliances. They were reasonably priced and competitive as well as trustworthy. We just used Clean Break Sisters for deep cleaning on an empty client's house after some construction. There was a lot of dust as well as leftover dirt from the previous homeowners. CBS worked hard and got rid of all the dust and made it feel like a home again. They even cleaned the windows, which was an unexpected bonus. The renters hired them to clean my rental house and when we went to inspect the house, I couldn't believe the renters paid them $200! What they listed on the invoice was NOT what they did. They did not clean blinds, tons of cobwebs between blinds and windows. Lots of cobwebs hanging from ceiling in rooms. Not all cupboards in house was not wiped down. Tile floors were still dirty. In the master bathroom floor around toilet was filthy. They did not use windex on mirrored closet doors in bedrooms, there are lots of children's finger prints on them. The family room glass fireplace doors were not cleaned with windex. Stainless steel sinks in kitchen had pieces of food in them, inside & out oven doors were not cleaned, microwave not thoroughly cleaned & still had spots of food splattered inside. Inside the refrigerator and freezer was still very dirty, I had a very difficult time opening freezer door there was so much dried food in the tracks. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone!! read more

I started communicating with Christian about three years ago and he has always been quick to respond, kind, and very accommodating. We were nervous about having people in the house during the pandemic, but Jackie and Susie were always masked and very polite and considerate. We have them come monthly and they do such a thorough job, that everything stays fairly clean even throughout the month. Jackie and Susie are very sweet, friendly, and always very grateful when I offer a drink or snack. I work from home now and they never disrupt and are very understanding. I can't recommend them enough not only for doing an impeccable job, but also for the three of them being such wonderful people! I had my windows cleaned, inside and out, by Clean Break Sisters. My house is very small with only six windows and a rear glass French door. I figured it would take about an hour which is double the time I ever spent on them. Carlos and Luis were very thorough and didn't rush through the job. They worked hard and fast but were still here for almost three hours. They did an excellent job cleaning my windows but didn't stop there, they also cleaned the screens, window frames, window tracks and to top it off, they also sprayed down my back patio and front walkway. When cleaning the inside windows, they had to make several trips out to their service vehicle and every time they reentered the house, they removed their shoes. I don't even do that but was very impressed that they did. An hour or so after they left, I got a call from Christian Martinez following up to make sure everything went well. I don't write many reviews, but these guys worked very hard and deserve a positive shout out. I will most definitely call Clean Break Sisters again, not only for my windows, but I will also be using them for regular house cleaning. Thank you Christian, Carlos and Luis for the excellent, over the top, much better than expected service. I had been communicating with Christian via Yelp to secure my appointment, which was supposed to be for today. However, no one showed up or even bothered calling. I made multiple attempts to contact Christian but to no avail. It would have been completely reasonable if someone contacted me to let me know they were going to be late or needed to reschedule. That would have been fine! However, there has been no communication. My appointment was for 9am. I had to stay overnight somewhere and left at 6am so I could be home when they showed up for the appointment. To my surprise, no one showed up and here I am having to write this review so future customers don't experience this disappointment. Customer service is key and I'm sorry to say but this company doesn't cut it for me. Thankfully, I was able to find another company that can come clean my place today due to the inconvenience caused by CSB. read more
