This is the best cleaning service I have ever seen. They transformed a somewhat dirty house due to moving and many people in and out. It's immaculate! So clean. This company is amazing! I love that they fold our bathroom towels like the hotels and do origami with the end of the toilet paper. It just adds that little bit extra love and care. I have used Violet Cleaning Services several times and they have done an absolutely amazing job each time. Violeta and her son are kind, efficient and hard-working. Communication was simple and they were able to fit me in relatively quickly which was very kind. They bring their own cleaning supplies and get right to work. They do a thorough job, I even found them cleaning up some of my kids toys under the couch! A bit embarrassing for me, but really demonstrates the attention to detail in their cleaning. I am so disappointed, I scheduled a cleaning for $145 only for them to cancel 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. They canceled because they said they don't service the Ventura area (although that's not what their yelp page says) even though I gave them my address a day in advance. Instead of saying they don't work in Ventura at the time I gave them my address and scheduled the cleaning, they waited until 2 hours before my scheduled time. I had moved my whole day around to accommodate this service and even turned down other options only for them to flake day of. I explained my frustration and the owner then tried to get a crew to come at my original scheduled time but then raised the price from $145 to $225. Pretty bad customer service and really disappointing, no idea if they actual clean well. read more
