Great communication and service. They came to the rescue in a time of need and did an amazing job.

This is the best cleaning service I have ever seen. They transformed a somewhat dirty house due to moving and many people in and out. It's immaculate! So clean. This company is amazing! It would have taken me three days to come close to what they did in 4 hours. I recommend you use them if you are moving and just wiped out from not being able to lift another finger to try and clean. I can't shout it loud enough! Thank you so much for the great job you did! Such peace of mind to have the help! It's so worth it!!! THANK YOU!!! read more

This rating is based solely on my scheduling experience. I reached out through yelp to book them. They responded promptly with two appointment time options. I replied with the option that worked for us. And then crickets. They never responded after that. Guess business must be so good that they don't need any new customers. What a bummer. read more

Came right on time to do a deep cleaning. They did everything as requested and did it very well. They had a messy place to start with so was very pleasantly pleased with how it ended up. Sparkling and livable again read more

Hired Violet Cleaning Service for the first time this week. The original came for an estimate and ended up doing the work that day! It was a team of 2. After discussing what I expected from the monthly cleaning, they executed the task professional and with quality! I will continue to schedule monthly services with them and I am very happy with their service! read more

I was amazed to find things that my last housekeeper never paid attention to. Violetta's team spent 3-1/2+ hours and did a detailed initial cleaning. It was worth every dollar plus more. My house does not only smell clean... IT IS REALLY CLEAN. I plan to get into the rotation schedule to continue with bi-weekly service, more if needed. Great value and investment in our home read more

Super quick response time. Friendly, warm reply. I was extraordinarily impressed with this rare notion of lovely customer service. Especially since I was asking a question, not necessarily a customer yet. I definitely recommend them, in a heartbeat without hesitation. We will be sharing Violet Cleaning Service with all our friends and loved ones. read more

Violet Cleaning Service provided a deep clean of our home and we plan to continue with maintenance cleanings because they did an exceptional job! As others have noted our home smells and looks incredibly clean. They demonstrated attention to detail and even organized areas much in need of attention such as our daughter's toy area in her room! We are very pleased with the quality of their work and their rates are very competitive compared to other businesses in the area. We look forward to scheduling again soon! read more

If I could say zero stars, I would. Said they would come, never did nor did they contact me to cancel or say they couldn't make it. I called several times and no answer. Very unprofessional. read more

First time customer of Violeta & her son. Great communication & excellent cleaning. Will definitely be using them again! read more

Violet Cleaning Service has been doing an excellent job cleaning our home. We needed a new cleaning service and they did not disappoint. we have been using them for a few months now. I love that they fold our bathroom towels like the hotels and do origami with the end of the toilet paper. It just adds that little bit extra love and care. The service is great and the price point is fair. They don't try to overcharge and under deliver like many cleaning companies. Very happy thus far. read more

Violet cleaning service did a great job! Would absolutely recommend as they did great work!

I have used Violet Cleaning Services several times and they have done an absolutely amazing job each time. Violeta and her son are kind, efficient and hard-working. Communication was simple and they were able to fit me in relatively quickly which was very kind. They bring their own cleaning supplies and get right to work. They do a thorough job, I even found them cleaning up some of my kids toys under the couch! A bit embarrassing for me, but really demonstrates the attention to detail in their cleaning. Absolutely recommend! read more

They were fantastic! My place looks better than ever! They cleaned things that I've never cleaned. They were prompt and polite. 5 stars

I am so disappointed, I scheduled a cleaning for $145 only for them to cancel 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. They canceled because they said they don't service the Ventura area (although that's not what their yelp page says) even though I gave them my address a day in advance. Instead of saying they don't work in Ventura at the time I gave them my address and scheduled the cleaning, they waited until 2 hours before my scheduled time. I had moved my whole day around to accommodate this service and even turned down other options only for them to flake day of. I explained my frustration and the owner then tried to get a crew to come at my original scheduled time but then raised the price from $145 to $225. Pretty bad customer service and really disappointing, no idea if they actual clean well. read more

I have been looking for a good cleaning service for a long time. We recently used another service & felt like they didn't have attention to detail & rushed through the job...Stephanie of Violet Cleaning was SO wonderful! So very thorough! She brought an assistant with her and the two of them cleaned our house like it's never been cleaned before. Every nook & cranny was deep cleaned, they really took their time & it shows. I will continue to use her & her staff. She was also very sweet to my little one & didn't mind her hanging out and talking to her. Highly recommend if you are searching for a professional cleaning service! Thank you again, Violet Cleaning! read more
