Absolutely Incredible!…read more From start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They replied to all my messages super quickly and were always attentive to every question I had. I even spoke with them over the phone, and they were extremely helpful and resolved every single issue I ran into. When I needed to ask about an extra service, they were incredibly kind and understanding. On top of that, I needed a detailed receipt after everything was done, and they helped me out immediately, even after the cleaning was finished and payment had already been made. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! the team who cleaned the spaces we asked for was amazing too. The ladies were so sweet, polite, and respectful. They were extremely careful with our space, and the house looked spotless after they were done. The cleaning itself was hands-down amazing. I'll be definitely using them again.

Other companies I spoke with had long lists of what's included and what costs extra. Estela's doesn't operate that way. They treat my home like their own -- if there's a dead fly on the window sill, they wipe it. When they leave, my house feels truly clean, not like someone just hit the highlights and left the rest. For a…read morewhile, they offered good quality value, but there had been many cancelations and reschedules by them on almost a bi-weekly to weekly basis. We prefer for the house to get cleaned on Tues - Thurs and often they text or call before to change it. They never clean our windows / glass sliding door. We remind them nearly every time they come to clean. Today, we were informed they will no longer be serving our house due to the person assigned to us no longer having the ability to. This same person within the last 6-10 months has canceled on us on average at least once a month for cleaning our house. Each time, we asked if Cindi had someone else, and she said no. Can we as customers charge the business a 25$ cancelation fee like they would charge us? So now we need to look for another service, which is fine and I do not recommend anyone using their services.
