I had the best experience with Maids2000 LA. They made me feel like my experience mattered and the cleaning was one of the best I have ever had. They also had very good communication and were punctual which is very important to me as other companies I've hired in the past to clean my place have shown up immensely late on the day of the cleaning without warning. They cleaned all nooks and crevices and were very thorough. The knobs in my shower were shiny when they left and window seals were also cleaned. I would highly recommend these guys. The price was a little higher than I've paid before, but given that they did such a great job and were on time and didn't rush their job, I would gladly spend the extra money for this type of service. They were non stop from the very moment they arrived, they even dusted off our very high ceiling chandeliers! VERY DISAPPOINTED I have to wonder if all the good reviews here are real given my experience. Because of all these reviews I called Maids2000 LA when my regular person dropped out due to illness. It was a bit last minute and I was stuck. Sammy quoted me $180.00 for 2 hours, for two people, to clean about 700 sq. ft. I knew this was a lot, but I didn't have a lot of options. This should have been plenty of time for two people, and actually there were three of us, as I cleaned right along with them. As soon as they arrived I went over with Sammy what was important to me to get done. I knew I was in trouble when he strapped this tiny vacuum machine on his back and started turning over chairs and spending a lot of time vacuuming the bottoms. 45 mins into his slow vacuuming I asked him to move on. He started to pressure me to pay for more time. He started exaggerating saying he needs 5 or 6 hours to do a good job! Maybe for a 3000 sq. ft. house, but not for a kitchen, living room, a bath and a 1/4 bath (no bedrooms), which was all they were cleaning here. When he realized I wasn't going for more time they really started doing a half-baked job. 10 minutes before their time was up Sammy announces "we're done"! They hadn't even finished mopping the floors, which were one of the first things I told him were important to get done. I had to stand over them for the last 10 minutes to get them to finish the floors. After they left I found a lot still dirty and overlooked (see photos). Sammy called within an hour and after two minutes on the phone with him I felt very comfortable choosing his company for the job. He was very professional, kind, and thoroghly explained the costs and time it would take. The following day he had two maids start at 9am and they finished at 3pm. He text me when he arrived and when they were finished. My client said the home looked amazing and was so grateful. WOW!! Woke up this morning and wanted my house DEEP CLEANED. By 4pm this afternoon, Sammy and his crew showed up RIGHT ON TIME, yes it same day service!! He was INCREDIBLE. The last cleaning crew that came over, forced me to write a review just so they can give me a discount on the work they just finished. After they left, I replaced my grans bed sheets and realized they didn't even clean under the bed (btw, the bed is on small wheels and really easy to move). They also never moved the couch, the floors are tile and they only vacuumed it, lots of places stayed dusty! I got so pissed and vowed never to call them again, so now I had to look for a new crew. My brand new home stinks like smoke just from one of cleaners walking in the door. On top of that they didn't even think to remove their shoes. They showed up late.
