    Brian and his team are true professionals. I would highly recommend them for all of your home and residential window tinting needs. First, I am so glad that the initial window replacement company I called told me that most likely there was tint on the windows that was scratched and that the actual window under the tint was not scratched. Before I realized there was tint on the window I almost paid to replace the glass and possibly even the entire door. I was excited to learn that I would not have to replace the glass or the entire door / window and that Brian's Window Service would be able to replace the tint and repair any damage that had been done to the glass under the tint. I could not be happier with the results!

    Brian is my Doctor of Clarity! I had him clean my windows in my business and I couldn't believe how much brighter everything looked. He's very detail oriented and very easy to work with. And I am still enjoying my white frosted windows in my home. I wanted to tint my windows but I did not want to lose the brightness from the sun. Also thought it would be difficult for someone to do because it was located high above the stairs in my home. Brian had the right equipment to do things right the first time. So now I enjoy my privacy and the brightness of the sun all at the same time. Thank you Brian!!

We were very impressed with the efficiency and installation of their product. Nine years later, these vinyl sliding doors have had no issues, aside from tightening the handles once. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive option during our research, but they've proven to be reliable and well worth the cost. Recently, we needed to repair one of the screens after our pet ran into it, and their team was very accommodating in helping us out. The staff, especially Heather, were friendly and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

It was clear it was time for a replacement. Before choosing James, I got a quote from a very popular windows and doors company in Orange County. James, the owner of Lucero's Windows and Doors, not only offered the best price but was also extremely responsive. He mentioned that he previously worked as a Home Depot installer, which gave me confidence that he was properly trained. I was initially cautious because of the low number of reviews, but the consistent perfect scores from other customers made me optimistic. Now, after working with him, I can confidently say that Lucero's Windows and Doors is the real deal. Because our home required a custom-sized door, James came out twice to take measurements. After about two weeks, the custom entry door arrived, and he completed the installation in a single day. He told me our home was one of the oldest he's worked on, and the walls were very different from newer builds. Despite the challenges, he made everything fit perfectly, and the final result looks fantastic. We no longer feel a draft under the door, and it swings smoothly without any issues.

    When we hired The Window Factory in October 2024 to install a custom French door with sidelites, we…read moreexpected a premium product backed by professional workmanship and warranty support. Instead, we experienced nearly a year of delays, shifting explanations, broken promises, and unresolved warranty issues. The installation was originally promised for January 2025. It didn't occur until June 3, 2025--nearly five months late. Unfortunately, the door arrived with multiple defects that we documented immediately, including a dented frame, paint defects, improperly finished grids, damaged weatherstripping, and screen frames whose paint began peeling during normal wiping and cleaning. To be fair, the subcontractors who performed the structural opening modification were professional and did quality work. Our concerns have never been with them. Our concerns have always been with the condition of the product itself and how The Window Factory handled the problems afterward. We reported every issue on the day of installation. We were assured a technician would be out within a week. That never happened. Consultant James later confirmed the repair items had been approved under warranty. We believed the company would stand behind its product. Instead, weeks became months. Timelines repeatedly changed. We were told repairs were delayed because the company was "waiting on parts." Eventually, after months of waiting, technicians finally returned in November 2025. Despite all of the prior explanations about waiting for parts, no major replacement parts were installed. The visit consisted primarily of cleaning drain/weep holes, replacing some weatherstripping, adjusting one interior lock, and using the same bottle of touch-up paint that had already been left at our home months earlier. The dent remains. The paint and finish defects remain. The screen frames continue peeling during normal cleaning. During that visit, one technician acknowledged the ongoing screen issue and said the office would follow up regarding replacement screens with the factory-applied baked finish we had originally been told they would have. No one ever contacted us. The previously discussed refund was never honored. Our follow-up emails went unanswered. More than six months have now passed since that November visit without any meaningful follow-up. What has disappointed us most is not simply that a product had defects. Manufacturing problems can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. Throughout this process we tried repeatedly to resolve the matter privately. We accepted compromises. We continued giving additional opportunities to correct the issues. We remained patient through months of delays. Unfortunately, the communication became increasingly inconsistent, commitments were not fulfilled, and the matter was ultimately left unresolved. We paid more than $10,000 for what was represented as a premium custom installation with warranty support. Instead, we were left with a damaged product, unfinished repairs, unresolved warranty issues, and a company that ultimately stopped following through. Our hope is that sharing our experience helps future homeowners make a fully informed decision before signing a contract.

I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine.
