I don't usually leave reviews, but Asaf from Precise Windows truly deserves recognition. From the very first call, his honesty, patience, and professionalism stood out. He didn't just treat me like a customer--he treated me like family. Every detail was handled with care, every promise was kept, and the end result was even better than I imagined. He brought peace of mind to what could have been a stressful project, and I'll never forget that. Thank you, Asaf, for going above and beyond. I have been using Precise Windows and Doors for years. Not only for my home but my commercial properties. Assaf is the owner and the best person I have ever worked with. Assaf will come and measure each window and make recommendations. He has found many errors in the plan and had them corrected by calling the architect and verifying. On my last project he recommend taking the windows out of the stairwell and he was correct because there is a code issue with setback. This found mistake eliminated 8 windows with a huge savings that would have had to been covered up after the fact. Assaf cares about his projects and clients. He will save you money and he is the best price by far. read more

I could not be more pleased with Assaf and the team at Precise Windows and Doors. They were so prompt and were ably to get the specialty windows and doors ordered and installed within 3 weeks (every other quote was going to take months). The quality is outstanding, the installation team were pros and did an outstanding job. I am so grateful I found them. I wish I had done this a long time ago. Everything is so much brighter, and quieter, and weather sealed. Thank you Assaf! I can't wait to do more rooms! read more

excellent service, large quality window in upstairs apartment....will use again....assaf very pleasant and professional...

This is not a paid remark. We just completed the replacement of ALL of our windows and a sliding door. Assaf helped us to finally decide on the Milgard Brand, Trinsic V300 line, which has so far made an incredible difference in outside noise, insulation, and the overall look and ease of use. When Assaf came to our house, for our initial consultation and additional measurements he was able to juggle around our crazy schedules and other concurrent project. He was able to get our order in, received / inspected, and installed all way with in our original time to complete. The installers took two days and split out window repairs between downstairs and upstairs. The install seemed to go flawless as there did not appear to be any issues. Though the project itself is very messy, for having replaced 20 windows and door, the mess was incredibly minimal. I will add, we shopped around and found some absurd quotes, and another that seemed to be 'sketchy.' When Asssaf provided our initial estimate, it was so reasonable we opted to upgrade our selection and could not be happier with the end result. Here is the bonus, I can't think of anyone who wants to do business with a shady person - we made a mistake for our final payment and paid about $700 too much. Assaf the next day, contacted me and informed me of my mistake and instantly returned the overpayment via Zelle to avoid and unnecessary delays and inconveniences during the holiday season. This said - Assaf is amazing, his company is amazing, and if anyone has any doubts - I hope this testimonial helps you to make a good decision and use Assaf and Precise Windows and Doors. 5 stars for sure!!! Pictures coming soon. read more

I had an emergency and they came out right away. They were the most responsible price and the owner explained all my options, which doors to order, how the project was going to be done and answered all my questions. When they arrived, they took care of my property to make sure everything was safe and clean. It was wonderful! I can't be any happier and look forward for more projects! Thank you!!!! After a mockingbird moved into our neighborhood and started waking us up every night with his 3 a.m. songs, my husband and I decided we needed more soundproof windows. We contacted several companies and Assaf was the most helpful in terms of communication, advice and service. We got 11 new windows for a very fair price and, despite a delay in their shipping, Assaf had his team install them the day they arrived. We're thrilled with the result. They look good, they're energy-efficient and, most importantly, we can sleep peacefully at night now. Take that, ya dumb bird! read more

Eighteen new windows... whew! It was actually a breeze for this company Precise Windows & Doors. In particular it was Assaf whom we most enjoyed working with to improve our home with new windows. I was referred to Assaf to have him come in and give us an estimate and his evaluation, so it was a warm referral. However, I still took another estimate to do my due diligence. Assaf has a deep knowledge base and experience of windows and installation that is so important when it comes to this decision. He and his crew fulfilled three key ingredients, and most others don't fulfill all three. The windows were excellent quality, the crew was efficient, and the price was absolutely reasonable. If you are looking for new windows, we highly recommend including Assaf and Precise in your search. read more

We received estimates from three window replacement companies, and Precise Windows offered the fairest quote of all. They measure each window for accuracy and without assumptions, confirm how each window should open. It takes several weeks for delivery as each window is customed made. We had five windows and two sliding doors replaced. A team of four installers arrived. They worked the entire day, completing the entire installation. I took note that they were very neat and clean and took time at the end to show me each window. We will use Precise Windows again when replacing the remainder of the windows that need renewal. Highly recommend this company! read more
