Shant was so patient, helpful, and efficient at getting us quotes for a large scale window and door change out at our home and making sure we could see the products. He was to the point and straight forward which made the process of getting our estimate a breeze and really quick. We had checked out multiple spots prior to here which ate up so much of our time and he was just great. I wish we would've just went here first! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family. read more

Working with Intex Windows was completely seamless. They handled the replacement of all the windows and sliding doors in our home, and from the initial call through the measuring appointment, product ordering, and final installation, every step was handled smoothly and on schedule. Shant was professional, responsive, and showed genuine care for the quality of work provided. Daniel and his installation team were experienced, punctual, clean, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. When a few screens had issues, Milgard's customer service promptly replaced them without any hassle. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would gladly recommend Intex to future clients. read more

I finally got my windows and slide doors replaced with new Milgard Tuscany V400 model. I've had my house for 22 years and the windows/slide doors had a metal frame, thin and flimsy! They needed to go! My mom saw the Intex Wjndow store front in Glendale near her job and walked in, talked with Shant on our window needs. Shant with Intex Windows was a pleasure to work with. Made the whole process so easy with setting up the appointment to get measurements, got the city permit, put together a quote with the window / slide door options we wanted to go with and even helped get us to the price that worked for us. Shant put a rush on our order, we got the windows within 2 weeks from the time the order was placed with Milgard which was awesome! Installation was set up within a day of the delivery of the windows which was great! Shant was very flexible with my time and I really appreciated that. Raul led the team that came out and replaced the windows. A great group of guys, friendly efficient and the installed a clean set up. They covered all of my stuff around the windows and doors that were being replaced and cleaned up after the windows / slide doors were installed. Total time finishing the job was around ~6 hours. My holidays never looked so good with brand new windows and doors. I'm so happy with the entire outcome. I'd recommend Intex Windows to anyone! Shant was the primary person I worked with in there office so I can only speak for him, he was patient, very well knowledgeable with the product, responded almost immediately with text and email, followed up to make sure I was happy and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. read more

I'm updating my review so I can tell you that Shant is one of the most honorable people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. There was a problem with one of our sliding glass doors and Milgard kept shirking their responsibility for the faulty door. Milgard tried to blame it on the install when the door itself was clearly the problem. When, at one point, Milgard stopped returning my calls, Shant took over and was able to get me a new door. He says that he has not had one unhappy customer in 24 years and I believe him. Thank you, Shant, for your outstanding integrity! I am so grateful! read more

This is the third home, Shant and his team with Intex Windows have replaced sliding doors and windows in for me. The same team have covered all three projects and the experience each time over the past 8 years...has been seamless. Such professionals, clean up is spotless, team are friendly, everything on schedule and with customer service respect. Love these guys. But this time, there is an exception to my review because I want to offer deep loving kudos: On the last day of installation, I experienced a medical emergency and had to have emergency surgery on my left eye to prevent me going blind. It all happened so fast and I was rushed to the hospital, leaving the team on their own in my home with my two cats. When I returned late that evening, the team had completed the installation, completely cleaned up my home and made sure my cats were safe. The next day, they checked in to see how I was doing, with no request for their final payment, which was due the day before! The money was not their immediate concern - my wellbeing came first. Top rate, first class, the best. I paid them a few days later, without them ever asking me for the payment. That was last year...and as with my other properties the windows are all fabulous and flawless and my relationship with Shant and his team is love for life. Thank you, thank you to all of you. read more

Great Company. Ask for Shant. He took care of my permits in a historical district and got everything approved in one week whereas a company I was trying to work with was taking 2 months. He beat the pricing and delivered Mil-guard fiberglass at an unbeatable price. Installed and even reframed bad framing. A+ Changed every single window on my home. Go Shant ! read more

I used intex windows for my anlin windows and door and couldn't be happier with the service. I asked shant for a quote and literally they were at my house 20 minutes later measuring the windows. Danny and his team installed my windows in about 1.5 days. The team was so nice, friendly and did a good job listening to our concerns while they were there. I had unfortunately found some glass around the house after but once I told shant, he immediately sent someone over to make sure they could make it as clean as possible the next morning. He spent about 4 hours ensuring it was as clean as possible. Accidents happen but if the company is willing to accept responsibility to make things right after, you can't ask for much more! read more

Five Star Patio Door Excellence When it came time to replace the aging sliding glass doors leading out to our patio (well over 20 years old and barely could open), I did extensive research to find the best company in Northridge. After getting estimates from multiple providers, I decided to go with Intex Windows (Shant) - and I'm so glad I did. From start to finish, the entire experience with Intex was top-notch. Shant was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to understand our needs and explain all the options without any high-pressure tactics. We decided on the Milgard brand. The installation crew arrived right on schedule and did meticulous work, treating our home with care and respect. They took the time to remove the old door, properly prepare the opening and ensure an exact fit. The new doors glide so smoothly and seal tightly - no more drafts! The quality craftsmanship is obvious. But what really made Intex shine was their attention to customer service. Any small residual issues were addressed promptly and courteously by their team. They genuinely seem to care about delivering a superb experience. If you want new sliding doors installed with zero hassles and supreme quality, I give my highest recommendation to Intex Windows. Their product and service exceeded my highest expectations. You pay a little more upfront, but it's worth every penny for this caliber of workmanship and peace of mind. I highly recommend Shant, Danny and their crew. Great job! read more

On Friday 01/17/26 I called Intex windows to get a quote to have two balcony doors replaced. As I am on the phone with Shant he immediately texted the quote to me and told Daniel would call to reschedule appt for accurate measurements. Daniel called and scheduled appt for Saturday 01/18/26 between 1-2pm. Around 1:30pm the home occupant informed me that he's still waiting for Daniel. Called Daniel he didn't answer. Then at 2pm called again he answered and said he forgot about the appt. My experience with this unprofessional company ended there gladly since I do not do business with a company that from the get go show how irresponsible they are. I texted Shant to notified him of Daniel not showing up. *if this job was not big enough for it to be accepted then Shant could have told me when I called for a quote. It is not ok to waste the occupant's time and keep them waiting if this company cares about their reputation. Be honest from the beginning if you don't want to take on a job or make sure to set up reminder for a scheduled appt to keep your commitment! No need to reply to my review! read more

We replaced 1928 wood windows infested with termites. If there was a grade above 5 stars, your team has earned it! Shant is 'on-it' with knowledge and pricing. Could not believe 1/3 Costco's, and 1/2 other companies. Daniel's installation in one day with a finished Milgard product way better than we expected. Good Job everyone! We just had every window replaced and 3 patio doors at our house. I believe that was a total of 19 windows. After our initial estimate, I was texting with Shant for close to a full year before we were ready to make a decision. I was able to ask all of my questions, go to the storefront to look at example windows, and request quotes for different scenarios. Shant always answered my questions quickly, let me know in advance when the manufacturers were increasing prices or had sales and he was so kind and patient. Glendale has less than ideal policies for window replacement in houses built before 1960. That said, Shant was familiar with all of that and we were able to get permits and city approval very quickly. He took care of all of those details for us. He told us install would take 2 days and it took exactly that. The windows look fantastic and the team left our house very clean (we went with Milgard fiberglass). I am so pleased with every aspect of our experience with Intex, I recommend them to everyone I know. I also feel confident that if we have an issue in the future we can call them up and they will help us out! Thanks Shant!! read more

Male advised they do not do single door replacements only take on big installations, but would sell a door to us. The door we need replaced is an 8' door which typically runs $3-5k, then add labor so kinda shocked they don't do replacements. We finally decided it was time to replace the windows in our guest house. The windows were original from 1985, aluminum, looked cheap, and didn't slide well. We had met with two companies, but after meeting with Ara, felt he was more professional, thorough, and explained everything better. We decided to go with Milgard. He sent Daniel the next day to measure, and our order was placed and we put a deposit down. He called about 6 weeks later to say they were done and would be installing the next week. Ara called again the night before to say the team was coming in the morning, then again that morning to say would arrive in 30 minutes. That communication is so appreciated. The team of five worked hard, quietly and efficiently, getting 3 doors and 2 windows installed in about 6 hours, including paint, clean up, windows cleaned, all plants and furniture put back in place. I have never been so happy with a work crew and our new windows- it was beyond my expectations! read more
