I finally got my windows and slide doors replaced with new Milgard Tuscany V400 model. I've had my house for 22 years and the windows/slide doors had a metal frame, thin and flimsy! I used intex windows for my anlin windows and door and couldn't be happier with the service. I asked shant for a quote and literally they were at my house 20 minutes later measuring the windows. Danny and his team installed my windows in about 1.5 days. The team was so nice, friendly and did a good job listening to our concerns while they were there. I had unfortunately found some glass around the house after but once I told shant, he immediately sent someone over to make sure they could make it as clean as possible the next morning. On Friday 01/17/26 I called Intex windows to get a quote to have two balcony doors replaced. As I am on the phone with Shant he immediately texted the quote to me and told Daniel would call to reschedule appt for accurate measurements. We just had every window replaced and 3 patio doors at our house. I believe that was a total of 19 windows. After our initial estimate, I was texting with Shant for close to a full year before we were ready to make a decision. I was able to ask all of my questions, go to the storefront to look at example windows, and request quotes for different scenarios. Shant always answered my questions quickly, let me know in advance when the manufacturers were increasing prices or had sales and he was so kind and patient. Glendale has less than ideal policies for window replacement in houses built before 1960. That said, Shant was familiar with all of that and we were able to get permits and city approval very quickly. He took care of all of those details for us. He told us install would take 2 days and it took exactly that. The windows look fantastic and the team left our house very clean (we went with Milgard fiberglass). We finally decided it was time to replace the windows in our guest house. The windows were original from 1985, aluminum, looked cheap, and didn't slide well.
