We have been working with Jaime on a quote and we finally ordered our sliding glass doors. They were installed today and we love them! We went from sliders that had the grid lines to ones without and looks so much better. Much better view of the backyard. The installers Carlos and Daniel were prompt and arrived at 7 a.m. and were done installing both sliders within four hours. Hopefully you can see in the picture they did such a great job and they were installed perfectly. There is no need for painting or touch up on the walls, stucco or trim. We are looking forward to the next few phases of getting new front doors, back doors and also windows. It's great that you can do them in phases and you don't get the pressure to do it all at once. Exceptional Front Door Replacement - Danny Alonzo is the Best! We recently had our front door replaced and are absolutely thrilled with the results! Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. 20ish years ago, Hometime replaced all the warped windows in our 1952 ranch style home. Some were modern standard sizes, but most were custom sizes. These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we dropped them off, we were helped by an employee named Austin. Upon inspecting our windows screens, he shared that rescreeening them would not be possible due to rust. He was quick to share he would measure the screens to ensure the new ones are the exact same size. In addition, he demonstrated the new style of window screen. I recently had a sliding glass door installed by Hometime Windows, and the final product is beautiful. The new door looks great and feels solid, and the installers who came on the second attempt were professional and did an excellent job. However, the process was far from smooth. The initial consultation on August 12th included a measurement error by their representative, Kaleb Gaynor. This mistake was not caught until the installers arrived as scheduled on September 15th, making it impossible for them to complete the work. This not only wasted my time on a Monday but also caused a significant delay in the project. What was most frustrating was the company's handling of the situation. There was no apology for the mistake, which I feel is a basic expectation when a company's error causes a customer inconvenience. I had to call them to reschedule the installation for September 27th. Given that Hometime manufactures its own products, you would think a mistake like this would be a top priority to fix, but that was not my experience. While I am happy with the final product, the overall process and lack of accountability for their error were disappointing. read more

I needed new windows and, after comparing the "potato chip guy," a company in El Monte, and Hometime, I chose Hometime--and I am overjoyed with both the results and how smoothly the two-day installation went. Frank, Joe, and Leo arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Frank explained the process for removing the old casement windows and installing the new ones, and he asked if there were any rooms I wanted completed first. I greatly appreciated this consideration. I have two dogs they needed to work around, and Frank accommodated us by starting with the room and restroom that I wanted done first. Frank handled the removal of the old casement windows and ensured the new ones fit properly. Joe and Leo took care of the caulking and foam injection. All 13 windows were removed and replaced in a single day. While detail work still needed to be completed on 11 of them, I was grateful that all removals were finished on the first day. Before leaving, the team vacuumed and swept both inside and around the house. When they returned the next day, Frank and Joe completed the remaining detail work. They saved the sliding glass door replacement for last--and you could truly say they saved the best for last. I installed the old sliding glass door 40 years ago, but after watching the installation of the new one, I realized how much more thorough their process was. The careful use of caulking to ensure an airtight seal along the bottom, sides, and top made that clear. Sometimes, after watching professionals work--or after seeing YouTube videos--you think you could probably do the job yourself. Maybe you could. But I know I could not have done it as quickly, cleanly, or efficiently as Frank, Joe, and Leo did. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job well done.
