I hate to give this a low review, but this company comes out and recommends vinyl French doors. Everyone knows it needs to be fiberglass or steel in mountain country, but I find out from my wife that he recommends vinyl doors because that's all they sell in regards to French doors. Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company. read more

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. The owner initially came in person, was very pleasant, and provided a competitive quote. We chose them largely based on the many 5-star Yelp reviews. After the door was installed in Jan 2025, we realized it came with a key lock, which was a downgrade from our original door that had a keypad lock. The owner said we should have had the lock ready in advance, which we had missed to order. The owner reluctantly agreed to send someone to replace the lock if we ordered it ourselves. This was a custom lock. Once the lock arrived, we repeatedly tried contacting the owner, but he completely ghosted us. We eventually had to hire a handyman and pay out of pocket to have the new lock installed. Less than a year later, we are now struggling to open and close the door because the hinges were not properly aligned. Once again, we had to hire a handyman to fix the issue, as we were certain we would not get a response from the owner. Although the initial quote was lower than other companies, we ended up spending significantly more due to poor workmanship and lack of responsiveness. I would not recommend this company. read more

Right off the bat, I will be contacting them again for my next door/window project. My house is fairly old and my style is modern with a touch a home like feeling. I wanted my old sliding door replaced with something new and would bring in more natural lighting into my extended dining room. My estimation was quick. They're very responsive and we went through multiple variations of ideas/placement. Advise us to see their show room to understand how bifold doors work. Installation was a quick two day job. Right before Thanksgiving also! -They secure the workspace to prevent dust and debris. -They moved and rewiring of the light switches along with the outdoor light. -They lay paper down where they step indoors and clean up after themselves. -They make sure each owner of the house understand how to properly open and close our new door. The project was pricey, but not expensive. This cannot be DIY job, this is a leave it to the professionals. I don't regret my new doors, it was a good investment. From the minute I reached out to Andes Windows and Doors, they immediately responded. Unlike other companies that would not call back or told me the job was too small or would just send me an estimate via email- Andes responded to my house and gave me an estimate. They listened and wrote down everything I needed done for this job. We were absolutely thrilled with the quality of their workmanship and their response to our concerns and needs. Both Andres and Esteban were amazing. They are true professionals and care about the quality of work and their service. They totally knew their product 100% and spoke confidently. They installed a French door to our en suite, in which they converted the window into a large 58X95 beautiful door with Delta Frost glass. We appreciated that the company worked out all the details to make this happen to our satisfaction and that they communicated effectively with us. On the day of installation, they brought a large crew and the job was clean and smooth. It was all hands on deck. Both Andres and Esteban were on site and ensured the job was carefully done as described, and afterwards they walked me through the final product. I actually had questions about our door a few weeks later and both walked me through the issue via FaceTime.
