The team from JMR Blinds was amazing. I sent a note at 6am and received a response from someone. We were having some issues with drones flying by and hovering in our back and front yard since didn't have any window coverings. The process was smooth, easy and hassle free. Patti came by within a few hours, met with my wife and showed us some samples and colors. We wanted regular blinds which they had to do a special order for. Who knew that blinds don't come with strings anymore. My wife is short and didn't want the blinds that you push up and down automatically as she was afraid she'd always need a stool to pull them down. I contacted Juan and he assured me that he would order one (we have two because of the vastness of the window). When the new one came in it was installed quickly and I was only charged $50 for the install! I was thrilled because I have had other companies ghost me when I had an issue ESPECIALLY years after install!!!
