LnA did my blackout shades on all windows of my 2 story condo a while ago but the customer service was great from start to finish. There were plenty of types and colors to choose from and the pricing was very reasonable, and the rep was knowledgeable. You pay 50% down when you order and you can get temporary shades installed while you wait for the permanent ones to come after they do the quote and measurement. Then you pay the rest at installation. It's very worth it as the wait wasn't super long either - and the installers did a good job, I haven't had any issues yet. Our house has a lot of windows (over 25) so we were a bit nervous because we expected to pay a lot. We received quotes ranging from extremely high ($17k) to very low but LnA's pricing was just right. This is the most ridiculous company. Their price is cheaper $200.00 from other company. However, there is a CATCH. We need to take down the current blinds we have and need to patch all the wholes for $200.00? What are they thinking? Who are they kidding? We look for shutters. Just got my shutters installed. The installers were courteous and professional. They finished relatively quick. The product looks good overall, a few very minor blemishes here and there but for the price point and it being shipped half way across the world you cannot expect it flawless. The only minor issue I had was prepping my house for the Installers and the haul away of the old blinds. When the installers arrived they said didnt the office tell you to remove the blinds? I said I got a voicemail and didnt hear her mention it, but listening to it a second time around the lady vaguely said take off the blinds. But regardless, when your dropping almost 4gz on a project you would expect that to be in the price point. The primary point of paying a premium for a service is to avoid the labor. But the installer was cool about it and helped me out. I dont have a power drill so it would of taken me a long time to do it manually with a screwdriver. Then he told me they dont haul away the old blinds. I called the lady at the office and she worked it out with me and the installers ended up taking them away for me. This company should provide these services without asking and just add it to their pricing to cover any additional cost that the installers ask for doing these services. Most customers dont want to deal with labor or having to lug and dispose of old blinds. Bottom line everything went relatively smooth from the consultation to the final product and the few issues mentioned above the company took care of it for me. Overall good experience and their prices are good compared to their competitors. read more

Received multiple window shade company offers from their fliers. After calling all those companies for estimates LnA Shutters were the only ones willing to come out to the new community to offer an in person estimate. The other companies just asked me to send measurements and they would give me an estimate over the phone. I did not feel comfortable with that. Edward, the customer service representative showed up on the dot for the agreed appointment time (I hate when people show up an hour or two before the appointment time). He was very professional and took his time explaining the pros and cons of the types of shutters, shades, and blinds. He also gave us a brochure with a wide variety of options to pick for our roller shade colors. I decided to go with LnA Shutters due to the in-person interaction and being able to select everything right then and there. It was 50% down and 50% upon completion of the 14 window project. Edward gave me a 6-8 week estimate for the roller shades, which was accurate. The installers came on the 7th week and showed up an hour before the appointment time, and installed the roller shades very quickly. I think since they were so quick they caused a few bumps and scrapes on the walls where the windows where the shades were being installed. It was not a big deal because the house was a new build and I had complementary painters scheduled to do a paint touch up for the house. The measurement was off for one window so they had to come back in a week to install for one window. LnA Shutters expedited the work order and it came in a week. While waiting for the correct shade, I noticed one of the shades had tiny holes on the bottom of the shade, I contacted the company via text and they took the shade for repairs. They were also very quick and returned in a week. However, when the shade was reinstalled, it appeared to have dirty spots on the shade where I couldn't wipe off. Also, the installers were really quick and kinda careless, I followed him from behind to the room while he was carrying the shade, the shade hit the door frame while he was walking in the room. I'm sure he heard the bang, but no apologies. The contact on the door frame caused a minor dent scrape and paint peel. No big deal and I didn't think it was worth having to contact the company regarding the dirty shade to come back and possibly causing more accidental damage? TL;DR? Pros: Very quick, beautiful products, customer service is professional, text friendly. Cons: Being quick isn't always a good thing, I wish they were more careful. Also, the Yelp page states that their products are with a life time warranty, upon signing the contract, the window shades are only covered for a 5 year warranty. Overall, I recommend this company and I think after the minor hiccups I am just Ok with the final result. So I am giving this company an Ok satisfaction. read more

I met with Ed for the initial quote and was impressed with his knowledge, details provided, and his confidence with the company.
