We just finished putting shutters on all our windows. We worked with Randy a few years ago to do the downstairs and again now to complete the upstairs. He's great! The installers, Francisco and Jon, arrived right on time. They worked quickly and were very nice. Our house is now complete with beautiful shutters. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Randy and the team at Vineyard Blinds & Shutters! read more

Jon did an excellent job. He completed the installation in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company for shutters installation.

Terry did an efficient, friendly and professional job explaining the products and I felt 100% satisfied with my selections with her help. John the installer arrived early (he texted to get permission to arrive early by an hour). John was super professional, fast, careful and explained how the shades work including how to keep them best working. Great service, great price. I have more blinds and shades to install and will DEFINITELY use Vineyard!! It's so nice to feel like you're doing business with an honest, trustworthy organization. Such a pleasure. Okay, they were absolutely amazing. Francisco and Jon came through, unboxed, and laid out everything they were here to do. They were clean, super friendly and super fast. Francisco and I even connected about some social stuff and he showed me everything about the blinds and answered all my questions. Jon was really nice too, and they together were nothing but a well oiled blind installing machine! They should get raises for sure. We are extremely satisfied with our blinds and so happy we don't have the sunlight blaring into our house during some warmer days any longer! Thank you both!! Also, Randy was amazing too. He got the specifications down perfectly and every blind fits like a glove. Also Barbara is one of the friendliest people I have ever spoken to over the phone. You all are great. Thank you Vineyard Blinds! read more

I used to use Home Depot as my blinds go to. lately HD has been dropping the ball. So I decided to step out of my comfort zone a try Vineyard Blinds. Randy measured himself and got us a quote within 30 min. The price was right and so were the blinds I was looking for. Ordered the 12th and they came ready to install the 26th. Francisco and Jon were pros. They introduced themselves and went right to work. I want to say they were in and out within 20 min. Before leaving Francisco gave us a demo on how to use the blinds. I will buy blinds from them again. read more

Had the best shopping experience with Vineyard. They were able to schedule a free in home estimate a few days after I called. Their rep showed up on time. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He offered an extra discount if we made a decision that day so we did and put a down a 50% deposit since we thought their price was very reasonable and cheaper than we estimated. The install appointment was scheduled for the following week. We thought that was pretty fast. The provided a folder with our invoice, a copy of their certificate of insurance, and some other stuff. I was really impressed by that. Very upfront. Install day was smooth. Lucas showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was patient with our barking dogs as well and let them sniff him. He installed blinds on 4 windows fairly quickly. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He noticed there was an issue with one of the rods on one of the blinds and said he already ordered the replacement and will install it as soon as it's in. It's not anything I would have noticed but he said it's a bit loose so it's best to just take care of it now. Good looking out Lucas!! Thank you! read more

Phillip and Francisco were great! Very quick and efficient! They provided the details of the invoice and very pleasant.

When I needed new blinds for my bedroom sliding glass door, a friend of mine recommended Vineyard Blind & Shutter. I am so thankful I took her recommendation. I want to give a shout out to three people: The first is Trudy Acevedo, my sales representative. She scheduled to come out within just a couple of days of my initial phone call to give me a free estimate. After she looked at the colors in my room, the sliding door and furniture she asked what I was looking for. Once I explained my needs she immediately opened her books of samples and showed me some options that she recommended. I knew I was free to make other considerations if I wanted, however, the first fabric she showed me I fell in love with. No hard sale, no guilt trips, nothing. She knew her product and my options, which were many, and we made a decision that I am absolutely thrilled with. My second shout out is to Barbara from the office. She is fabulous regarding scheduling and communication. When I had to cancel my initial install date due to conflicting scheduling, it was no problem. Barbara took care of it immediately. She never made me feel awkward for changing the appointment. She's a very good business person. The third shout out is to Jon, my Installer. He showed up on time, in fact he was a little early, but was fine waiting if I had needed him to. This young man came in and got the blind installed in 10 minutes. He confirmed the height, the level and confirmed that he was installing the correct blind as ordered. He was professional, personable, and efficient. He made sure I had no questions before he left, and that I had signed an initial initialed everything needed. He went over what my warranties were and how many days or years for each part of the service and product provided. I cannot recommend Vineyard Blind & Shutter more sincerely! I had priced the same blinds at two other vendors and I paid half of what the others were charging. And the quality is phenomenal. read more

I have used Vineyard Blind and Shutter for 3 different shutter installations over the past 8-10 years. Randy provided the service each of the 3 times and was always extremely professional. His recommendations were excellent. This last job we had, entailed fabrication of custom shutters for a bow styled window that proved especially challenging. We had another company come out to bid on that job as well and they were not able to come up with a viable solution. Randy spent the time and had the experience to find a solution to this challenge. We have been extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you Randy! read more

Lucas and Francisco did a great job installing our shutters. They were quick, professional, and courteous, and everything went smoothly. We also want to thank Randy, who helped with measurements and made sure we selected the best options for our needs. This was our second time working with him, and we truly appreciate his expertise and guidance. We chose Vineyard Blinds again after they previously did all the window treatments for our condo, and once again they delivered excellent results with our second home. Their pricing was more reasonable than other companies we compared, and we appreciated them driving all the way from Murrieta area down to Chula Vista. Highly recommend! read more

We love Vineyard Blinds! We've now used them twice to do all the shutters in our house and what we love is they are professional, high quality, and affordable. We worked with Shari both times and she just makes the whole process so easy and clear. Literally called her and she came out the very next day, answered all our questions, and got our order started right away. Lucas and Shaq came out to install our shutters in our primary bedroom. They got us in earlier than expected (woohoo!), did a great job with installation, and did a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Everyone we've worked with has been super friendly and knowledgeable. Their customer service really goes above and beyond. First I'd like to say that if I could write a hundred reviews and give each review 10 stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! As not only a customer who has had multiple homes decorated with some of the most beautiful window treatments, but also as an interior designer who has only ever used Vineyard in every single home designed over the last ten years! EVERY SINGLE CLIENT has been thrilled with the products, the service and the timeline that has been provided to them. The pricing is aligned perfectly with the industry and you are definitely getting your moneys worth! Now let me say this... from start to finish... The scheduling to the installation, has been seamless. And the icing on the cake and best of all, are the people who bring this amazingness to you!! Teri has been my account manager since the day I began using Vineyard!! She is the most amazing, reliable, helpful, honest and knowledgable woman in the business! She bends over backwards to make my sometimes out there ideas come to life! You definitely want her on your project! And then there is Lucas the installer... the sweetest and friendliest young man! He has installed many of my projects including my own and each time has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I purchased plantation shutters and the whole process from start to finish went smoothly. It started with Antoinette the sales associate. She was helpful in explaining the different options . My recent experience with Vineyard Blind & Shutter was 5 stars across the board! I was in need of a bypass shutter and wanted to go with a local company. Vineyard Blind & Shutter came up at the top of my Yelp search and I'm now one of many others that can vouch as to why. Teri came out to take measurements, explained what my options were, and provided me with a quote. I decided to move forward and approximately seven weeks later (I was told it would be 6-8 weeks in advance since the shutters are made to order), the shutters were installed. Jon did a fantastic job with the installation! I was really impressed with the quality and speed of the install, which is a testament to Jon and his expertise. I thought the cost was right on point when taking into account the quality of the materials and labor to install. Between Teri, Jon, and others I may have interacted with over the phone, I had an excellent experience with Vineyard Blind & Shutter, and they will be my go-to for any future needs. I highly recommend them if you're in need of blinds/shutters in their service area! read more
