Had the best shopping experience with Vineyard. They were able to schedule a free in home estimate a few days after I called. Their rep showed up on time. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He offered an extra discount if we made a decision that day so we did and put a down a 50% deposit since we thought their price was very reasonable and cheaper than we estimated. The install appointment was scheduled for the following week. We thought that was pretty fast. The provided a folder with our invoice, a copy of their certificate of insurance, and some other stuff. I was really impressed by that. Very upfront. Install day was smooth. Lucas showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was patient with our barking dogs as well and let them sniff him. He installed blinds on 4 windows fairly quickly. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He noticed there was an issue with one of the rods on one of the blinds and said he already ordered the replacement and will install it as soon as it's in. It's not anything I would have noticed but he said it's a bit loose so it's best to just take care of it now. Good looking out Lucas!! Thank you! read more

She scheduled to come out within just a couple of days of my initial phone call to give me a free estimate. After she looked at the colors in my room, the sliding door and furniture she asked what I was looking for. Once I explained my needs she immediately opened her books of samples and showed me some options that she recommended. I knew I was free to make other considerations if I wanted, however, the first fabric she showed me I fell in love with. No hard sale, no guilt trips, nothing. She knew her product and my options, which were many, and we made a decision that I am absolutely thrilled with. My second shout out is to Barbara from the office. She is fabulous regarding scheduling and communication. When I had to cancel my initial install date due to conflicting scheduling, it was no problem. Barbara took care of it immediately. She never made me feel awkward for changing the appointment. She's a very good business person. The third shout out is to Jon, my Installer. He showed up on time, in fact he was a little early, but was fine waiting if I had needed him to. This young man came in and got the blind installed in 10 minutes. He confirmed the height, the level and confirmed that he was installing the correct blind as ordered. He was professional, personable, and efficient. He made sure I had no questions before he left, and that I had signed an initial initialed everything needed. He went over what my warranties were and how many days or years for each part of the service and product provided. I cannot recommend Vineyard Blind & Shutter more sincerely! Today I had the remaining shutters installed in all three of my bedrooms by Jon and Francisco. These two installers were fast and and extremely knowledgeable. They removed my old curtains and folded them neatly and collected all the hardware into a bag. They caulked the holes from the old screw holes were. They vacuumed the area under the windows and adjusted the shutters including the shutters I had previously bought from Vineyard. These gentlemen performed extremely professional work. Very happy. Awful rude service from Terry. There was no reason for that kind of attitude upon introduction. No greeting and seemed annoyed at the request of wearing shoe covers to enter our new home. She even coughed several times as if sick. She told my mom that she wasn't even supposed to work that day but still bothered to show up with a stink attitude. TBH, made us feel very uncomfortable for her lack of interest in being there. To be more obvious, she didn't even follow up. My 6 year old daughter even mentioned how she didn't even say hi to her. She didn't even acknowledge my special needs nephew in his wheelchair. Don't know how she even works in a customer service position. I upgraded my review from a 1 star to 3 stars solely because the owner reached out to resolve the issue. He listened with genuine empathy and understanding.
