Had the best shopping experience with Vineyard. They were able to schedule a free in home estimate a few days after I called. Their rep showed up on time. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He offered an extra discount if we made a decision that day so we did and put a down a 50% deposit since we thought their price was very reasonable and cheaper than we estimated. The install appointment was scheduled for the following week. We thought that was pretty fast. The provided a folder with our invoice, a copy of their certificate of insurance, and some other stuff. I was really impressed by that. Very upfront. Install day was smooth. Lucas showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was patient with our barking dogs as well and let them sniff him. He installed blinds on 4 windows fairly quickly. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He noticed there was an issue with one of the rods on one of the blinds and said he already ordered the replacement and will install it as soon as it's in. She scheduled to come out within just a couple of days of my initial phone call to give me a free estimate. After she looked at the colors in my room, the sliding door and furniture she asked what I was looking for. He made sure I had no questions before he left, and that I had signed an initial initialed everything needed.
