They responded quickly, setup my appointment lightning speed, and came out on a date/time that worked for me. The initial rep matched the new blinds to my existing color and texture. He gave me a timeframe. Just like he said, the guy came out on the best day/time that worked for me and only took ten minutes to install the new blinds. It was a positive experience.

I picked a cloth that I liked and paid a deposit so they could start manufacturing the frames and awning cloths to fit. About three weeks later, I was given a date they would like to install the awnings and I agreed. Three weeks later, Mario said they were ready and asked if I was ready for install. All good.
