From start to finish this company has been phenomenal! Quote: I left the company a voicemail and within hours I was texting Kevin setting up an in-home visit. He was punctual and so professional. There was no haggling or hiding behind the price. It was straight forward, simple, and SO REASONABLE too. Install: Within 4 weeks my blinds were ready for install. Again, Kevin was punctual and professional. Blinds were installed in no time. We were so so so happy with the product. Then, the kicker... Two days after install, our housekeeper broke a blind! She didn't realize they were motorized and essentially ripped it off the mount when we weren't home. I text Kevin in a panic. He was at our house within hours. He spent over an hour repairing OUR mistake and even stayed to show us special settings. He did this all within warranty even though it was not a product defect (it was completely our fault). To say we are happy with this product and company is an understatement. Kevin and his company have our business for years to come! 10/10 5 star review! read more

Wow. I'm so glad I contacted Kevin and his team. Our plan was to get several quotes and we got about 10 different ones. We had 10 fairly large windows that we wanted automated motorized blinds for so we knew this was a fairly large job, but the pricing went from reasonable to astronomical. I would highly recommend getting several quotes before actually moving forward with any company as you never know what you're getting into unless you do your research. Anyways back to Pride Window Fashions. Quality 5* After reaching out to several companies that offered a wide range of shade materials, Kevin had the best bang for the buck. Instead of that plasticky materials he was able to offer high quality fabric for less than the competitors. Service 5* Kevin was responsive and thorough. He quoted me about 3-4 weeks to order the materials and get it installed. Through that time he kept us apprised and showed up promptly with his team for the installation. The install was quick and took about 2 hours to install the shades, setup the automations and show us how to use it. Price 5* Not only was his pricing solid, but he did it while offering a better product than most of his competitors. No upselling either. After meeting with several window treatment companies, there is definitely a lot of upselling and dishonesty. I got none of that from Kevin, just a man who cares about his craft and has been doing this for 15 years. I can honestly say this with certainty and after reaching out to several different companies, don't bother looking elsewhere and just give Pride Window Fashions a call. read more

Long overdue review. I needed blinds all throughout the house on our new built. Kevin gave me a quote competitive with others but I ultimately chose Pride Window Fashions because the quality and design was much better than other vendors I have seen. He has bigger selections and was very helpful helping me choose what would be the most suitable to our home and I got so much compliments on the blinds. Kevin was responsive, on time, and his customer service was a top notch! The timing of delivery and installation was right on time as promised which was a surprise as everything else was delayed. Highly recommend. read more

I had my shutters and roller shades installed around spring of 2022, and so far I am still happy with. Although waiting for the shutters took some time, but installation was fast. It was totally worth the wait. Pricing was the right range with great quality materials. The service Kevin gave was pretty awesome! Recently (one drunken night) I broke the chain on my roller shades, and Kevin was able to swing by within a good time frame to take a look... lucky he was able to fix it on the spot. Yes, I recommend this company for pricing, quality, time frame, and service. read more

People typically leave a review after installation but, it's been 3 years since Kevin and his team installed my window treatments (plantation shutters and zebra blinds). Let me tell you, to this day, people walk into my home and they notice the quality of my shutters and blinds - it's in the details. Kevin made sure that he presented me with the best options that would be appropriate for my home. He clearly communicated timelines, explained how to best care for my window treatments and even came to make some very minor adjustments. I still remember his team being very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Consultation and installation will undoubtedly be great - but even 3 years later, I am so glad I went with Kevin and Pride Window Fashions. I can confidently say this is quality that lasts. Belated review- Kevin is the best and offers a prompt response and great service every time. I would recommend him to anyone!

I purchased blinds from Kevin about a year ago. I was recently having issues with one of my remote controlled blinds and I reached out to Kevin. He responded quickly and gave some solutions over the phone. In the end I needed further assistance. He came over in just a couple business days and fixed the issue without further cost to me. We had the BEST experience with Kevin at Pride Window Fashions. He not only responded to my Yelp request in 2 minutes but also came to my home that afternoon to demo his blackout shades. He had so many color, lightness and material options - all such great quality. Kevin's pricing was very reasonable and fair compared to other companies. And best of all the materials were delivered within a week and Kevin installed all of our shades in less than 30 minutes! Cannot recommend him enough if you're in the market for any kind of window treatments. read more

Kevin is very responsive, pricing is reasonable, and quality of work is excellent. We recently remodeled our entire home including windows and doors, so we solicited a few quotes for blinds in the area. Response time from Kevin is like no other. When I found his company through Yelp I messaged him and recieved a response in less than 5 minutes. After going through our home for measurements, he was able to provide a quote right away and his price was much less than the competitors. Don't let the lower price give doubts, his workmanship is top notch. Due to the current situation with COVID limitations, our blinds were delayed by the manufacturer, but Kevin would update through text to follow up on the status. When the blinds finally arrived, he worked in our home safely and kept the install clean with minimal debris. Our blinds turned out really nice and I would highly recommend to use Kevin for your next home project. read more

Kevin from Pride Window Fashions did an excellent job fitting 7 windows in our new home. He is very professional and has close attention to detail. We were impressed with his first quote as he went over all the options for window blinds, roller shades, materials, styles and types of filtering effects. Our new roller shades fit perfectly the dimensions of our windows. He was very careful not to scuff or damage our walls. I was very impressed by Kevin from Pride Window Fashions. We requested and in-home estimate and he set one up very quickly. Communication was great! This is the second time we've had Kevin do our windows. 3 years ago, we got shutters on one window and they still look beautiful. This time, we needed 6 windows done. ++Initial Meeting Working with Pride Window Fashions was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. I searched around multiple stores online to compare different options before settling on a company to do my window blinds. I saw the excellent reviews on Pride Window Fashions and their styles on social media before making a decision. Kevin was especially helpful when he first came by with a variety of trending options for our window shade options. He knew what he was talking about so I went with his recommendations. ++Installation Many of the other places work with subcontractors who do the installation or hire people who do not have enough experience with attention to detail. That's definitely not the case with Pride Window Fashions. Kevin had years of experience: is one of the best and nicest installers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Kevin was prompt and professional with the installation with perfection. We absolutely love our Shades in our living room, dining room, and bedroom roller shades in our bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen, everything about them helps to enhance the look of our new home! ++Overall Experience Our overall experience with Pride Window Fashions was 5 star and we would highly recommend them if you are in the market for any window treatments. Having a stylish window fashion was the most affordable decorative upgrade compared to spending a fortune to do a complete renovation construction. My home looks a lot better now! We applaud and highly recommend to work with Kevin at Pride Window Fashions, Well Done! read more

I like companies that respond quickly! Kevin responds quickly and is very easy to work with! My friend recommended another blinds installer and I sent an email message to 4 different companies. In this day and age of companies and service representatives who don't care and/or make many mistakes, Pride Fashions is on the opposite end of the scale. Kevin's service amazed me! I asked for a quote, and he was out to my rental within two days, even though this property is in Santa Monica. The quality of the blinds is excellent and his prices are very reasonable.
