Fernando installed new shades throughout my home and I'm honestly so happy with how everything turned out. The quality and fit are perfect, and they completely transformed the space--everything looks brighter, softer, and more polished. He was professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. He made sure all the measurements were exact and the installation was seamless. You can tell he really takes pride in his work. I especially love how the shades filter the light--they give just the right amount of privacy while still letting in a beautiful, natural glow. It makes such a difference in the overall feel of the home. I absolutely love it! read more

We moved into a new home and desperately needed blinds. I called around and got several estimates. Fernando from iC Blinds had the best prices, quality and installation of our faux blinds for 11 windows exceeded my expectations. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and all blinds come with a warranty. He was quite professional and explained in detail what would work for our windows in our home. read more

I needed some blinds to cover my windows for privacy and to filter in the lights. I went with the zebra blinds for its versatility in filtering the lights in. Response to my inquiry was prompt and Mr. Cho arrived punctually for the installation. I was debating between 2 colors and he helped me make the final decision. The pricing was reasonable and although the job was not big, he was very attentive to my needs. read more

I contacted Fernando, IC Blinds, to get an estimate for a zebra shade that I initially wanted to replace. After describing the issue, it was determined that the motor may need replacing. Fernando did a follow-up to my home to make sure that it could be replaced with a better motor. Fernando did an assessment and determined that it may need to be charged only. Fernando contacted the distributor and relayed the issue and ensured that I received a charger, which I never was issued when it was purchased and installed by another company in 2022. Fernando was very professional and took the time to make sure that the issue was taken care of without me purchasing a new zebra shade for no reason. The more amazing thing that I noticed, I had previously gotten estimates via Yelp for a replacement shade and not once did they try to resolve my issue without just giving me an estimate for a new one. Fernando is commended for his honesty, professionalism, and customer service. I would highly recommend Fernando for your shutters, blinds, or shades. read more

Fernando is one of the hardest working, dependable, and honest people I know. I hired him to make automated blackout roller/cellular shades and plantation shutters for my bedrooms. The windows in my master bedroom are oddly shaped and I consulted several companies, none of which could come up with a blackout solution that fit my needs. Fernando was the only one who quickly came up with an automated solution for me at a reasonable price and I'm extremely happy with the results. I started renovating my house a year ago and the scope of what I needed from iC Blinds changed a few times. Fernando had to make multiple trips to measure and re-measure based on my changes and always had a great attitude despite being asked to do double and triple work. I also experienced several construction delays in my renovation and throughout the year, Fernando consistently and proactively checked in with me to understand when I would need the blinds installed which I appreciated. Besides being incredibly hardworking and kind, Fernando's workmanship is top notch and I'm so glad I picked him for the job. read more

I did not use the service. It was $500.00 over a few other quotes. Fernando arrived on time and was very polite and professional.

Very professional and friendly service, good quality material. Highly recommended. Thanks

Fernando and Victor did a great job in installing Plantation shutters at our home In Chino. Very professional, high quality, clean installation and best of all, he gave us the best price after getting quotes from other suppliers. This team is highly recommended! I would definitely hire them again if ever I need window treatments. read more

We needed to install blinds on 27 windows and got a few quotes. IC blinds had the most reasonable quote for Sundance 2" faux wood blinds and a reasonable time frame. There were cheaper quotes but they couldn't provide the name of the brand of the blinds. We figured it would be easier to get replacement pieces should we need them in the future if we went with a well known brand. Fernando came out to show us samples the same week. He doesn't have a retail shop so he brings the samples to you. He explained the choices and gave us suggestions. He suggested we do 1 roller shade for a door because blinds might be too heavy for that door in the long run. His quote remained the same even with 1 roller shade! We decided to go with Fernando after talking to him. He's very knowledgeable. We set up another time to do all the measurements and he came to install the blinds and 1 roller shade when the materials arrived 2 weeks later. He and an employee only took 1.5 hours to install 27 blinds. They were super efficient and everything fit perfectly. We recommended him to our neighbor and they went with Fernando as well. read more

Free estimates, professional measurements, knowledgeable on what you're looking for and how to best achieve it. We were looking to get white shutters for two very large windows in the living area and master bedroom, and smaller shutters for 2 other bedrooms. We're also going to get regular blinds to update very old ones. Definitely recommend giving them a call and getting an estimate. Also nice to support a small business! read more

I am very happy I selected this company for the window coverings for my brand new house. The quality and look of the blinds I chose is superb. I cannot recommend IC blinds enough! We got shutters and woven woods installed throughout our entire house (it had 0 window coverings when we moved in) and IC Blinds provided the best value, communication, and customer service throughout the entire process! I should also note I am VERY pregnant and changed my mind multiple times, requested multiple quotes, and kept going back and forth on what type of coverings I wanted and Fernando was beyond patient and understanding with me! I told him my one wish was to get everything installed before baby arrived and he made it happen :) If you're deciding between providers- look no further. I would hire IC Blinds time and time again and highly recommend them to friends and family! read more

We were looking for a company who could help us with our window coverings, and we receive many quotations both from big and small companies alike. The first one to respond, is Fernando Cho, from IC blinds. He came on a Sunday, did the measurements, and he was very thorough in explaining all the different options that are available, and even worked within our budget. He is very personable, kind, and honest. The best thing about Fernando was that he never got tired of answering any of the questions that we had. He always has a smille on his face. So on the end, we opted to hire his services because we also love supporting local businesses, and Fernando did not disappoint! He came in again the second time around just to make sure that his initial measurements were accurate. That tells so much about how much of a perfectionist he is. Also, he was the one who personally installed the shades. That makes him totally different because he is really hands on to this project. He made sure that everything was installed properly and in the highest standard possible. We are truly grateful to Fernando for making our house presentable because of the beautiful shades he installed. I would not hesitate to refer Fernando's window covering services, to anyone. It's definitely worthwhile. Looking forward to working with you again soon, Fernando! read more

We wanted quotes for shutters as well as Zebra blinds. We called 3 different companies and got quotes. While we were deciding among the 3, our contractor told us to call IC Blinds as he had worked with them before. So I called IC Blinds. I told them that I already had the measurements for all the windows (from the previous quotes), and that I just wanted a quote sheet from them. But Fernando from IC Blinds insisted on coming by anyway so that he could show us their stuff. And I'm really glad that we said ok. Their shutters and blinds were higher quality compared to the others that we had seen, and their quote came in just a hair lower than the lowest quote that we had thus far. On top of that, they could install the blinds 2 weeks sooner than the other guys. We've had the blinds for about a month now. They are fantastic! Thanks Fernando. read more

This is an update to comment on the vaulted ceiling and wall repair, moving the connection to a chandelier, hanging a new chandelier and entry hall light, changing out light switches and sockets, and painting the vaulted living room, dining room, master bedroom, and hallway. I can't say enough good things about Victor and Jose. They were meticulous with everything they did. They carefully moved and covered furniture and protected the floor before they started. I couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and the fact that they checked with me to ensure they were doing exactly what I had wanted. We recently moved into our newly constructed house in Whittier and all windows were bare. We were so lucky to have called and consulted with Fernando Cho from IC Blinds !He's truly AMAZING ! Fernando was our main point of contact and dedicated designer. He is exceptional and one of the most talented designer we have worked with. He is very knowledgeable about the products and has an excellent eye for what works given the home design/ color palette. We ended up doing all our windows and picked roller shades, plantation shutters, even some extra-large motorized shades for our living room. Fernando from IC Blinds took care of us like family. They got installed, they are high quality, and go well with our interior design. We get many compliments on how beautiful they are especially the ones that are Bottom Up / Top Down feature.
