I contacted Fernando, IC Blinds, to get an estimate for a zebra shade that I initially wanted to replace. After describing the issue, it was determined that the motor may need replacing. Fernando did a follow-up to my home to make sure that it could be replaced with a better motor. Fernando did an assessment and determined that it may need to be charged only. Fernando contacted the distributor and relayed the issue and ensured that I received a charger, which I never was issued when it was purchased and installed by another company in 2022. Fernando was very professional and took the time to make sure that the issue was taken care of without me purchasing a new zebra shade for no reason. We needed to install blinds on 27 windows and got a few quotes. IC blinds had the most reasonable quote for Sundance 2" faux wood blinds and a reasonable time frame. There were cheaper quotes but they couldn't provide the name of the brand of the blinds. We figured it would be easier to get replacement pieces should we need them in the future if we went with a well known brand. Fernando came out to show us samples the same week. He doesn't have a retail shop so he brings the samples to you. He explained the choices and gave us suggestions. He suggested we do 1 roller shade for a door because blinds might be too heavy for that door in the long run. His quote remained the same even with 1 roller shade! We decided to go with Fernando after talking to him. He's very knowledgeable. We set up another time to do all the measurements and he came to install the blinds and 1 roller shade when the materials arrived 2 weeks later. We wanted quotes for shutters as well as Zebra blinds. We called 3 different companies and got quotes. While we were deciding among the 3, our contractor told us to call IC Blinds as he had worked with them before. So I called IC Blinds.
