After checking on Yelp and getting three quotes, we settled on Classic Blinds. We needed blinds for three windows. Nico came out in a timely way, presented us with options, and gave us a great deal. He was very nice and easy to work with. We chose faux wood because real wood might deteriorate when exposed to any type of moisture. One company rep told us that blind controls are not changeable. This is not true, as Nico informed us. We ordered two of the blinds with both sets of controls on one side. It was supposed to take 3-4 weeks for the blinds to be available. At the three week point I texted Nico. He responded and said he would get back to me. He didn't. However, Eddie, the owner and Nico's father-in-law, was very good about taking over and keeping us updated. Nico came out today, did a great installation, showing up at the stated time.
