This is hands down the best shutter company we have used. Eddie called us initially and Nico came out and was there for the install, so it was all consistent. Nico was incredible. He got right back to me after I submitted my request on Yelp. I simply needed to have my Roman shades repaired, and he was one of four that did the repair for me. Not only did he repair my Roman shade but his service was impeccable too. Nico texted me to let me know when he would be arriving. He greeted me, took his shoes off (mindful of my stairs) and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The price was incredible as well. All the glowing reviews here are true! After being told by the other local blind company that they do not repair blinds, I called Classic Blinds. This was on a Sunday so I did not expect even a call back until Monday. Eddie called me within the half hour. By 2pm Monday, Nico was here and repaired our stuck vertical blind track within a few minutes for a nominal charge. Both Eddie and Nico are extremely professional and pleasant to work with. It is so rare to find a company, especially in the home improvement business, that treats the customer with the smallest possible repair job with the same promptness and courtesy given to their big installation orders. We have definitely found our new window coverings company. We have many big and aging sets of vertical blinds in our mid-century modern home. This was a delightful experience from beginning to end. Eddie and Nico were exceptionally friendly and kind, first on the phone, then in person. Nico gave us a very fair estimate and thorough explanation for the process of installing 9 fairly large window shades in a sunroom.
