Although the price was somewhat reasonable, the overall experience reflected that lower cost. The installation felt unprofessional and poorly executed. It was a two-person crew and communication was difficult due to a language barrier (mandarin speaking only), which made it hard to clarify details or ask questions during the process. We did use Google Translate but it only went so far. My biggest concern is the inconsistent quality of the roller shade and blind installations. Some blinds operate correctly, but others shift when adjusting them -- the headrail moves up and down whenever the tilt wand is used. Instead of correcting the mounting, a temporary workaround was used that leaves the headrail sticking out about an inch. There were also measurement and fit issues. One roller shade cassette appeared to be incorrectly sized and had to be forced into place. Several shades are not evenly aligned within the window frames, with varying inset depths that are visibly inconsistent. Additionally, one of the roller shades fails to fully close, which suggests quality or installation problems. Overall, I'm disappointed with the workmanship and finish. read more

Professional service from A to Z. I called and to request a quote and they were able to accommodate me the same day. There's no promise that they could do same day, but they were able to. I opted for a later date install to make the price lower. Estimated wait time was 4-6 weeks, and by the 4th week, they were ready for install. Total install time took about 3 hours for 4 large windows. The installers arrived on time and we're ready to go. Everything looks good, but time will tell how long they hold up.
