We called them for a consultation because of a family recommendation, we went when them because of their competitive pricing and flexibility in scheduling, and we would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, attention to detail, and speed. We were on a tight timeline and didn't realize about the turnaround time required to get shutters installed (detailed measurement, manufacturing, then finally, install). But they installed it the weekend before we had guests coming into town, which impressed even a contractor friend who installs windows for a living. I can not express how happy I am with their customer service and them standing behind their work. We contacted few vendors as were looking for shutters for 13 of our windows. They were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We sent measurements for budgetary numbers to all vendors and once we chose APlus, we asked them to bring samples. Jen came with various options and collected all measurements. She was really helpful. They said it will take 6 to 8 weeks. On the delivery date, the installers showed up on time wearing their masks and covered the entire floor where the installations will take place. Once they finished, they cleaned up NICELY and left all areas they touched spotless. Couple weeks later, we noticed that one of those odd shape window which was a full circle had its louvre not aligned with the windows grid. It was not a big deal but it was annoying every time we looked at it. I decided to call Jen again and send her photos to better explain it. She asked of she can get back to me later as they were a little busy with labor shortage due to COVID. A week later, Jen called and asked if the crew can come back the following week to see what they can do. I said that will be great. I've waited a few months to post a review because I wanted to see how I liked the shutters. They're awesome! Daniel and his team were wonderful to work with. They were reliable and responsive and seemed very experienced. They manufacture their own shutters and are detail oriented. Daniel went over each window with us and discussed the size, how it would be mounted, etc. We had them split the shutters so we have a lot of control over both privacy and lighting.
