They use low quality parts here. I got my iPhone 15 Pro front and back glass replaced. The front screen broke, but I'll take responsibility for that one. I opted to get the LED screen. The back glass I was assured was legit Apple product and when I went to get the front screen replaced at a different shop they applied a little bit of pressure and it shattered so that shot ended up replacing it for free and told me that the parts used on the previous repair were low quality. The original repairs cost me 320. shop around people there are better options as far as price and quality. I ended up getting everything fixed at that Little kiosk on Hamner in Norco that's shaped like a cell phone. Edit: I never stated that I dropped my phone. I only say I take responsibility because there was pressure on the screen from the battery and when I got to the Apple Store I pulled it out of my pocket and it was cracked. I came in with an issue on my phone, totally black and not working after just dropping it on the carpet about 18 inches high. The outer screen was not cracked, and when the phone was opened up, it showed that the inner film was never taken off and that's why my phone was overly hot. And when I dropped it, I guess the two pieces of the screen separated because of the overheating. Screen was replaced with the proper one. Since this was a refurbished phone that I bought on Amazon, they used the wrong one. I felt that it was a reasonable price and was advised to contact Amazon and let them know what happened and they actually refunded me $128. My phone is working perfectly and I really appreciate the honesty and the help that I received. I called in to get a written repair estimate for a broken Apple Watch, which I sent them images of through yelp. I told the man that I would pay for the repair estimate. I purchased the watch with an American Express card and ended up accidentally breaking it. American Express insurance will pay for a repair, or reimburse me so I can purchase another new watch, (depending on the repair cost). I explained all of this to the man. This process takes about a week for them to approve or deny. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the claim was approved before repairing it or ordering a new watch since I wasn't positive they will approve the claim. Since I would not immediately buy a new watch through FIX HUB, they decided to just not call me back at all after telling me "I will definitely call you back within 15 minutes". They also did not respond to direct messages through Yelp/Email. I also had told the man that I'd drive over to the Utica Avenue location in Rancho Cucamonga to take care of this, since they do offer Mobile repairs. I didn't want them driving to me to do a simple repair estimate that would take 2 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I break stuff all the time and would have used their services and recommended them to others. They could've also made a very easy sale with charging $60 for a simple repair estimate which I made clear that I would pay. They also could've made a sale for a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 when I had my claim approved for American Express. This business obviously doesn't realize that doing a simple thing for customers leads to loyalty, referrals, good reviews, and future sales. Since it wasnt a huge sale upfront they decided just to brush me off. In my opinion, I would do avoid doing business with FIX HUB. read more
