Took my phone in to repair a cracked screen. AJ was so helpful and even offered me a deal. It was $100 to repair the cracked screen and I received a glass screen protector with it. It took about 20 minutes, and after fixing the screen he noticed a dark spot. He was able to repair and fix that and also informed me of a 1 month warranty. This place was quick and did a great job! Recommend this spot if your needing fast and efficient repairs.

Edit: I tried to get an explanation from them to figure out why they were 25% more than other businesses in case we were not on the same page, he did not provide a response then he commented on this review saying "faaaaaaaa k u". The owner seems a little unprofessional.

Brought in my son's iPad because he wrecked the charging port by yanking the cable when unplugging it for years. Took a few days to fix, but worth it. They charged me $80 to repair, which is reasonable, considering other places charging $100+. read more

Let me start by saying that this place fixed the screen on my IPhone 11 max pro for 1/3 the price other places were charging. Including apple. AJ was cool from my first call if they could fix. Took 10 min to fix. Crazy fast. I will say that the color on the phone is slightly less quality than the original screen. But AJ was upfront and said there would be about a 5% difference. I would say the difference is a little higher since it is noticeable. That being said I'll take the slightly lesser quality for 1/3 of the price to fix vs a cracked screen any-day. read more

Called in to get 1/5 quotes. I'm not going to lie... I was a little nervous going here, at first. It's sound "too good to be true," but I took the gamble and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work as well as the time it took. I purchased a screen replacement from this business and they install cheap lcd screens that won't last long. They don't honor their 180 day warranty. The adhesive on rhe screen came off and they wouldn't replace it. Poor service. Stay away! read more

All of our dialogue via Yelp messages was prompt and accurate. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the employee was not at the station and we had to wait a while for him to show up. This is day 1 of the screen repair and so far so good. read more

UPDATED. Should not even be one star. I stopped by over a week ago to replace the battery on my S6. He said 20-30 mins. I came back close to an hour and he was not done but he showed my cracked back plate his response,"its normal they crack" but I put a new one and "I won't charge you" like it was my fault. I waited another 20 mins and he hands me phone but the screen does not move. His response was "yeah it was doing that especially when I put the cover back on" by then I was there too long and just asked him finish so I can go. Don't go here if you want to get ripped off. read more

I requested a quote through Yelp and received a response in minutes! The quote to repair the iPhone 6 plus for my sister was reasonable so we just drove there and was able to get her cracked screen replaced within minutes!!! Exceptionally professional and nice and he even threw in a screen protector for her phone. Would recommend this place if someone cracked their phone screen and need a replacement!! read more

This place is located inside the Ontario Mills Mall right outside the Rainforest Cafe and the Sketchers store. This was my second time taking my iPhone 6 Plus in for screen repair after cracking it. The first time I took it to a local spot I was charged $100 to get the "original" Apple glass put on. I later found out that it wasn't the original case. It had a lot of defects. The touch screen was useless. Not to mention I had to leave my phone for a couple hours until it was done. Cell-N-Color fixed my phone for only $79 and they did it in a matter of 10-15 minutes. They also offered a 1-month warranty on the screen just incase there were any defects. They also installed a tempered glass on my phone at no additional charge. So far I've had the new screen for a few weeks and I like it better than the previous fix at the other location. I know my touchscreen will never work the same, but it's pretty dang close. read more

My iPhone XR bit the dust for the last time lol. More than Half of my screen was green and It difficult to see anything. They fixed my screen very quickly and also gave me a tempered glass. Compared to other places, I would definitely say they are reasonably priced. read more

Stay away...They completely broke my phone, and deactivated my cell capability. I dont want to say they pirated my parts. But I lost cell capability, it would barely work by wifi. No help no refund. I paid $75 to break my phone. He was apologetic, but not apologetic enough to refund me or pay to fix what he broke. My coverage provider said they never seen the error and code before. Never had a problem but a couple vanity scratches in the screen. read more

I went to their stall near Aki homes near the food court. The service I got was excellent. From the call I made to the owner of the business, Khaled, in the morning to inquire about their services until the time I got to their stall in the afternoon. Wherein AJ their technician fixed my daughter's phone. Wait time was very reasonable. I must say that I will not hesitate to recommend their business to others. I've been having problems charging my phone for months. I always had to find the right position for the cord to be in, hold my cord into the charging port at just the right spot, etc. yesterday, my luck ran out and my phone stopped charging. I came to Cell N Color nearly closing time and they replaced my charging port in 20 minutes for an excellent price. Even replaced my cracked screen protector too! Couldn't recommend them enough if you have phone issues. Great pricing, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. read more

I highly recommend using Cell N Color. I brought my I phone into his shop for a new battery. He took my old battery out and put a new battery in my phone. When he checked my phone and my old battery he said my old battery was good. He put the old battery back into my phone and explained why my phone was not working properly. He proceeded advising me how to fix the issue at home without paying. I offered paying for the battery exchange and he refused taking any money. He is very honest and trustworthy. I will use his services in the future when needed because he provides great service and can be trusted. read more

They let us know the repair would take about an hour. It ended up taking a little longer--about two hours--but considering it was a Saturday at a very busy mall, we completely understood. Had to wait at least 1:30 for it to be done when he said it would be ready in 30 minutes. After I got home it turns out the Face ID and front camera was bugged out. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER COMING HERE AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE IN GENERAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY

Worst Experience!! Horrible repairs. I had a 6s plus with little cracked on the screen and cell n color gave me the cheapest price. I called couple places and the average cost is $125 however cell n color offered me $85 and fooled me:( It has been only two days and my phone went all black and I took my phone to Apple store. I had so many priceless photos and all gone! Even the apple cant fix neither backed up my memory from my phone because of the cheap screen. I don't know what cell n color did but Apple informed me that I should keep away from them for future. Apple genius technician figured out that cell n color didn't replace my whole lcd and replaced only my glass. It could cause motherboard problems. I tried to call cell n color but nobody picked up their phones today.I already submit a complaint to the better business bureau however I will go to mall management and file a complaint tomorrow. I do not care my phone but I am still crying because I lost all my memory. Please keep away from this guy. You could save couple dollars at the beginning but afterwards you can loose all your brand new phone and priceless memory:( read more

do not get scammed!!! Don't go here for iPhone service!! I agree with some other posters here, Amir did a very poor job with repairs. I took my phone in on 01/10/17. At inital glance the phone looked brand new and I was very satisfied. I even purchased a new, more secure case after the repair from the Street talk cart by the food court. About a week later I noticed that the screen was ever so slightly popping up as though it was not secure. I know I should've gone back and had them fix it, but you know how it is when you're too busy with life. I had to put it off. Now, here I am, a month later... I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. It's not that the new case wasn't secure enough, it's that the freaking screen practically popped out of it and was exposed upon impact. That was way too large of an investment for that to have happened, and quite frankly if I take it back and they don't offer to repair it again I'm reporting them to the BBB. read more

This place has good knowledgeable & professional customer service. Great prices as well.I highly recommend Cell N Color. Located right near Rainforest Cafe In Ontario Mills Mall. I had to comeback for yesterday to buy more color prints. They quote me 4-5 days to ship the piece to fix my phone. It finally comes 2 months later. I've been having problems charging my iphone for a few months. I always had to find the right cable to be in, hold my cord into the charging port at just the right spot, etc. yesterday, my luck ran out and my phone stopped working. I came to Cell N Color nearly closing time and they replaced my charging port in 30 minutes for an excellent price. Even replaced my cracked screen protector too! Amazing work and straight to the point. Kahled does not lie and very honest. The best in my opinion. I needed my screen fixed and my charging port replaced. Everything is good as new with no issues. Their screen protectors are top of the line. Prices are amazing!! compared to those dumb ZAG people who charge you 89.99 for a damn screen protector and jip you off and still try to sell you something else! Cant stand them! Sam and his team did an amazing job repairing the Audio IC on my iPhone 8 Plus . I reached out to them here on Yelp for a quote and Khalid the manager helped me. My phone got fixed perfectly and they gave me 30 day warranty for the service they did on my phone. The price was fair because I checked online and contacted some places but they were expensive and the waiting time so longer. had an issue with the camera on my Samsung Note 9.. I stopped in the Ontario Mills Mall.. and found Cell N Color and asked for a quote and if they had the part in stock.. As soon as I showed them my broken phone I was given a great price for the repair and offered some freebies, said it would take 10-15 minutes. He immediately started working on my phone and called me over to show the inside and how some grime had accumulated, he cleaned it all out and thoroughly dusted it. Overall took around 20 minutes but it was still fast and left with a brand new looking phone inside and out. read more
