Great service! Scheduled the quote very quickly through messaging on yelp. Javier was genuinely helpful (and not pushy at all) for the initial quote, which was done conveniently on a Saturday all the way out here in Lake Forest, CA. We easily scheduled the installation for two weeks after that, again on a Saturday! They actually arrived EARLY and were done after two hours with all six windows! The SIX different windows of all different sizes cost $1800. Very efficient, would recommend to anyone looking to get shutters. We liked the upgraded frames, hidden tilt rod, and bi-fold on a couple windows and they were able to accommodate everything! We got a quote a few weeks prior from 3-Day blinds, and they quoted us $4500 for only FIVE windows, AND it wouldn't be available for installation for about 2.5 MONTHS. No thanks. Very pleased with US Shutters

Speaking of which my husband and I were ready to do business the day that we met Adam (estimator & consulter). He was kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. The installers were also very nice and hard working. I had 2 installers and 24 windows, and they took their time, and did it in 1 day. It was so professionally done! We are very happy with the shutters we purchased at US Shutters and Blinds. Kevin is a great asset to this company. I especially liked the fact that they manufacture here locally. We had previously purchased shutters from another company that imported the shutters from China. The process took about eight weeks. My only disappointment is even though manufactured locally, it still took about six to eight weeks. We feel the quality and price at US Shutters is much better and we would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Terrible service. The magnets on the blinds will break in 1-2 year. Sales rep told me the wood blinds had lifetime warranty including the magnets. We gave them more business as a courtesy in hoping that they stick to their words. We waited a month to get replacement magnets. Nothing came. Customer service told us that we had to pay for them. Sales told me specifically that they will replace the magnets and we can install ourselves so there is no charge. read more

Adam the sales rep did his job so well and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! He made sure all windows were perfect and even gave us multiple options of materials/styles. We really appreciate the professionalism of Adam. The installation crew was incredible as well! Very fast service in and out! Made sure all were correctly installed and didn't skip steps. I normally don't write reviews but I told myself that I would take time to create one for US Shutters & Blinds after the amazing service and price that I received, so here it is... Like most buyers these days, when it comes to making a large monetary investments, what we all want is to get the most competitive price, reliable service / quality product, and great customer service support. With these criteria in mind, I researched the web and got word of mouth recommendations of companies to consider. Based on my research I ended up with 4 companies and US shutters and Blinds was one of them. Here is why I ended up going with US shutters. Quote: The sales person that helped us was Javier. He drove from Ontario out to the west side and it took him 2 hours and he still had a smile on his face when he helped us. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Even though he was on the job for only 3 months, he had his act together and was able to address all our questions. There was no pushy sales tactics, which we very much appreciated. Price: I had done my research on pricing as it equates to materials and square footage so I knew what to expect. To my surprise, the price he quoted me initially for the wood plantation shutters was below market rate. My initial hunch was that due to the fact they are located in Ontario the pricing was competitive because the overhead cost was cheaper, but regardless it was a welcome surprised. Since they were one of the first companies to quote us, I kept in touch while we entertained the other companies. When it came to a decision, I based it on the price, Javier, the fact that they make their products here in the US, and have been in business for 12 years, and had great reviews; we decided to go ahead and select US Shutters and Blinds. At this point, Javier and a new sales associate came back out from Ontario and remeasured all the windows and I paid the deposit via credit card to get the work started (very convenient that they were able to take credit card payment). We were then told that it would take two weeks to manufacture and schedule an install. During the waiting period, they reached out and gave an ETA of the delivery and installation, which was exactly 2 weeks from the deposit day. Installation: US Shutters and Blinds arrived at the designated time with 2 installers, I forgot their names but they were both very cordial. They took off their shoes when walking into the house without me asking so I was quite pleased. The install took about 2 hours because we had 9 windows and since our house was built in 1952, the window frames were a little warped. There was some issues with fitting the frames in but they did a great job and made it fit like a glove. My only recommendation would be to do a better job with sweeping up afterwards, but this isn't a huge issue since I would have cleaned up anyway. When they were done, we paid the balance and that was it! Overall a very painless process. Quality of the product: We have been extremely happy with the shutters, they are solid and the caulking was done cleanly to make it look seamless. The life time warranty is nice too. Since the install we have had a lot of complements from our family and neighbors. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with US Shutters and Blinds and you should too. At the very least, give them a chance to win your business. read more

Found US Shutters & Blinds on Yelp. I got three quotes from three different companies. Initially I wanted shutters in the rooms and blinds in the bathrooms thinking it would be more cost effective. I called on a Saturday and they set up a in home consultation for Thursday. I ended up changing the appointment to a Saturday and they were accommodating. Adam showed up to my house and was very professional. He took all the necessary measurements and explained the options. To my surprise it ended up being over 1000.00 dollars cheaper to do all shutters instead of the shutters/blind combination. I was very excited to know that but decided to get the other two quotes. I explained to Adam that I would notify him via text once I got the other quotes. Adam continued to be professional and gave me his cell phone number. Company 2 was very over priced. Company C came to take measurements and to date I haven't received their quote. I notified Adam about my decision to use them for my shutters. He took my deposit via phone and made everything very simple. Two weeks later I was notified of the installation date. On the date of installation the team came and in no time had all the shutters up. They were fast, clean and professional. I paid the remaining balance via phone and everything was hassle free. I definitely recommend them for your shutter needs and they are very affordable. Thank you Adam for making the process so easy. read more

We had an appointment with Javier on 04/15/2022. He met with my mom to discuss a quote on blinds. He ended up giving her a quote on Shutters. I called US Shutters to tell them that same day. The girl that set the appointment said ok, he will relay the message to Javier. Fast forward to Monday, nothing. Tuesday, I had to call them. They said I have to contact Javier about this. I texted Javier, no response in 8 hours. I call again, they said he already gave you a quote on shutters. Now i'm getting annoyed. I told them again its for Blinds, not shutters. All this is with the appointment booker and still no response from Javier. Stay away, far away from this place. read more

I love my shutters !!! So happy that I called US shutters and blinds. They came out gave me an estimate and one week later they were installed. Price was so reasonable!! I had 8 windows done and the cost was around 1800 , that's with a few upgrades to the trim. I've been told shutters can cost over 3000 so when I got this estimate I was so excited. So glad that we contacted this company for our shutters. We just bought a brand new home and was looking for some quotes on shutters for the entire windows in our house. We had several companies come out to give us a quote and we decided to go with US Shutters and Blinds. The prices that was quoted was reasonable fair, the quality for the quality and warranty. Adam was our sales rep that came out to provide us the quote and he was very professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. We had many questions after his visit and we texted him many times and he's always replying back to us promptly. So we decided to go with this company to have our shutters installed. The wait time was only 4 weeks and the morning of the installation the 2 installers were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves and installed our shutters professionally. Is it common practice for your reps to respond a day or two to questions from a customer ? I will reserve my ratings until the work is completed but so far, your rep takes over a day to reply to me. I have sent her emails as well as text messages regarding the completion of my windows being installed prior to the shutters. I'm spending 3,500 for shutters and I would think recieving a reply within the same day is par for any sercice related industry. All is resolved by speaking directly with the owner himself, Alan. I selected US shutters based on their reviews and have experienced terrible purchase. The first installation, had chipped paint on all the shutters. I requested all the shutters be remade at no cost to me because of the poor product. When the installer came a second time he said the shutters were not new and were retouched, even though I have in writing the shutters were to remade. He said in order for the shutters to be completely made from new the frame also has to made with the shutter. I was suppose to have new framing for the new shutters, on two of the shutters and that was never completed. In my master bedroom one shutter is higher than the other leaving a gap and hits the frame when closin I am pretty dissatisfied and hoping that US SHUTTERS CAN make things right and provide compensation. ******update Allen the manager made contact with me and personally sought out the corrections of the shutters. I am please he reached out to me and is taking charge of providing the product that I pod for. Awaiting installation. read more

They really came out nice and made the house much more energy efficient and elegant. Tai and Phillip were excellent installers. They carefully removed the old blinds and curtains. Shutters were affordable compared to other ones in the area of Rancho/Fontana. They took awhile longer to get installed but I attributed that to Covid-19. My shutters look amazing and help with the heat! read more

Attended Cal Poly Pomona for computer engineering but found more success and satisfaction doing sales due to the interpersonal communications and the nature of relationships that he built with customers. We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. They even upgraded us to a system without a visible battery pack, which made a big difference aesthetically. Truly some of the best in the industry. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. After they left we realized the curtain assembly rod color might not what we had thought we ordered (by this point we don't remember what we ordered anymore, and the order summary does not give us a color option, it also has a lot of technical terms in the descriptions that we don't really understand). We might have picked this color in the beginning for all we know, so I can't really blame Mike for this. Moral of the story is just take some photos of what you choose when placing the order, since the order summary does not have any pictures or meaningful description on it. We needed about 25 blinds done for our newly built home and had no idea where to start. Trey was the first person we encountered. I mean the guy just knows his stuff. He consulted us on what would look great based on our interior taste, measured everything out, and gave us two separate quotes for blinds vs shutters. Also, fun fact: the guy came out ON HIS BIRTHDAY to do this. Trey provided his expert opinion on what would look fitting for the home, and I trusted him with my life. I mean ask the guy for his professional portfolio as a fashion consultant pre-blinds. After a few weeks time (blinds needed time to get custom-fitted), Gerardo came out to do the installation. This guy is probably the nicest guy I've ever met. He did everything that was listed in a timely manner (about 3 hrs for 25 blinds + 5 curtain rod installations), and even made the time to walk us through everything that was done and let us know about a little minor hiccup that they guaranteed to go back and fix (and I mean minor guys.. like something no one would ever notice unless you call it out). After all was said and done, Frank followed up through text and lets us know what Gerardo had relayed. He proceeds to schedule out a date and time to drive out to fix the minor issue. Sure enough, Frank did exactly what he said he would do with no added cost. Literally a small bead replacement because the color was off. From beginning to end, the entire experience was so pleasant, which just makes you feel good about every dollar you're investing in new blinds. I probably will never look elsewhere for future blinds needs, and will absolutely refer everyone to Budget Blinds (which I have btw... and Budget Blinds taking real good care of 'em as we speak).

Installers were friendly and professional and done within half an hour or so. The new roller shades we ordered look fantastic, and totally transformed the look of our living room. So when I came down to California to help my close friend with her remodeling it was a breath of fresh air to run into Tracy and Allen.
