Fast install professional job and great price. High recommendation for some needing a few windows or replace all

I'm super late on my review but I really wanted to leave a review and share my great experience with The Window Guys. I actually got a WinDor bi-folding door from them back in Jan'23. They helped take out a wall and install the bi-folding door to open up our home so we could really enjoy an indoor-outdoor living space, all in one day. And it came out beautifully, I mean look at the before and after pics. Recently, and this is in Dec'25, with the rains, I started noticing a leak on one of the bottom corners. I called TheWindowGuys about it and they sent out a technician right away to fix the problem. Great pricing, great craftsmanship, and great integrity. I understand you are working hard to fix this and I thank you for that it is just upsetting that the new doors they installed did not look new and the mechanism were not working properly on either door. It's crazy to me that the new doors ordered were of poor quality. And we had to point out that the door was bowed and now both panels still need to be replaced again thank you read more

I would NEVER recommend this company I had 34 windows and a patio door installed and what a nightmare first they left debris all over my property and more than half of the windows are hitting my indoor shutters and in order to open the windows the shutters have to be opened first when we had the thunderstorm this past February my house flooded I called and spoke with Corina and informed her and asked for someone to call me back and I haven't heard from anybody. I filed a claim with the California State license board and sent them a demand letter. They NEVER pulled a permit which is a requirement for my city and county. The glue they used left an awful smell inside for a week. They over spread the white caulking onto my brown stucco and haven't done anything to repair the damage. They damaged my newly installed vinyl flooring. I paid over $30K for subpar workmanship. There were a couple of windows with scratches in them and several screens that didn't fit and Milgard said that the work was completely back in January so I filed a complaint with Milgard as well. DO NOT LOOK ANYMORE! You will not find a Co. more reasonable or more professional. We interviewed 6 Co.s and could not be more satisfied with The Window Guys, they transformed our home, and we love our home even more now. Not only is David super handsome, he's super professional and easy to work with. He's laser focused and has a great eye for design. Please trust him. And if you are on the fence re new doors and widows, dive in, you will not regret it. Our new French doors with windows above, at 9 feet, look so incredible on either side of the fireplace. We cannot believe it is our home. We recently ordered doors for bedroom to match because these doors and windows have better inslation than the cheap non insulated walls the home was built with. This burns me up! Why would you build a desert home with poor insulation? If your deciding between a 48 in and a 60 in, go with the 48, they look much more elegant and taller. Also give 6 in between walls and doors for curtains, 12 in if you are hanging 2 panels and add more space if you want the molding to show. Cesar, Aurelio and the crew are "Yes" people, they really want your dreams to come true, if they can do it. Ask, they will give you an honest answer. And Lisa in the office is super friendly and great to work with! Don't worry about the smell it goes away. Give it 2 weeks. Not a big deal. Respect that they are incredibly busy and be patient, you won't regret it. read more

I had my windows installed today and all I can say is why why why did I wait so long! Specially after all my neighbors have used the window guys! John the owner came to my home, I felt comfortable, he was so professional and knowledgeable he treated my home as his own, the quote was reasonable and everything was as promised! They kept in touch with me every step of they way, at the time of the install the crew i believed it was Sergio were amazing they showed up right on time, covered everything, cleaned up after the job was done even went above and beyond by fixing a small rip on one of my existing screens .. i highly recommend this company. I needed 8 windows replaced at my condo. I was worried because my HOA can be intense about requirements and I specifically needed someone that was Milgard certified and carried a specific window type with gridlines. I got FIVE different quotes across Rancho Cucamonga. When I called to request a quote, TWG were here within 2 hours taking measurements and sent me a quote in writing the next business day. Then they offered 10% off if I signed the quote by the end of the week. It was a no-brainer. I saved over $1,000 compared to the other quotes I got. I put down a 10% deposit and paid the balance the day of the install. THEN today was install day. They gave me clear instructions in writing ahead of time about clearing space around each window and removing blinds, etc. They also let me know they'd arrive between 8-9am. They were here within the promised window and they were SO FAST, efficient and professional. Angel and Kade did our install like a well-oiled machine. They were done before noon and I was shocked. Fast doesn't always equal good quality, but in this case it totally was! Everything looks awesome. On top of that, I had my two dogs AND 2 y/o running around and they were so kind in their interactions with them. These are clearly experienced professionals who take pride in their work and time efficiency. P.S. Be ware of using these guys. We moved our day one time because they would not of had access due to tenants and now we can't get them to install the windows. We made the mistake of paying for most of the job since we moved the day one time. Now all we get is excuses of why they can't put in the windows. Trying to sell the house. We will not be using these guys on our next home. My windows have been in your warehouse since April. Total bill was $1692.84 and I was told I had to pay for the windows if we could not do on the first appointment. You told me they cost $1408.00 which I paid by check which is a little bit more than 10%. Which only leaves $285.00 in labor to install. At that price should be really quick to install. My windows have been sitting in your warehouse for 2 months and not backordered. My wife called today and the order was not canceled. read more

The process of going through The Window Guys was pretty smooth. No complaints here. Jim came out to measure the area and helped us out throughout the process along with Nancy, whom I had communicated with through emails and phone calls. Everything was pretty straightforward. The guys came out and did the install on both windows in a day. Closing off two doors and replacing them with sliders. The stucco work was a little uneven, but not everything can be perfectly matched in that regard. Overall, they did a great job! The install crew was great and they cleaned up after themselves. This company installed retrofit windows in the front and new consortium windows in the rear and during the rear yard window demolition. They left the sliding door open and the construction debris, concrete dust to completely contaminate our house, they also use ceiling product quality ISO allowed for out door use instead of quality ISO max approved for indoor use, part of the house is not livable due to toxic smell is causing my family to have headaches whenever they are exposed to the smell. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, there was no accountability, just excuses. He also did not provide an approved California State contractors home improvement contract and did not get building permits. Also required energy loss labels on the windows where remove. They did not installed the required 8 inch minimum membrane around the perimeter windows . This would increase the risk of water leakage. read more

Had door installed and the quality of the door is good, but expensive. The installation was so-so. Seemed rushed and they didn't wait to see if the locks were aligned. Having a hard time requesting service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone I know. read more

We had new milgard double pane windows installed in 2014. They carry a lifetime warranty. Who knew we would need it. Some neighbors shot a paint gun thing through one of the windows breaking one pane. Thankfully I kept the warranty and registered them. The warrantyis for as long as i own my home. Cool, becauseim not moving. I called the eindow guys. Milgard called me and within a week they came out and replaced it No askin a bunch of questions or hassles. The guy was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend Milgard windows. read more

Our installation was today 9/26, what an awesome installation crew. Sergio was the lead man and it could not have gone any smoother. I will say this, they did not cut any corners. We recently had all the windows and sliding doors replaced by The Window Guys. They were great! Very personalized service. Total professional installation and quality product. They were referred to me by a salesman from the most expensive window company as where he would buy his windows. He is a friend and didn't want me to pay many many thousands of dollars more and he was right. Windows look great, seal out the outside air and we are very happy with them. My sister just had the same windows put in their house at the big box store and paid more and had installation issues. Windows is what they do and from my experience they do it very well. The windows themselves I would give 5 stars. The guys who came to install it were also super nice and were professional. However, the office staff themselves are terrible with communication. I have had to reach out myself numerous times to see status of my installs. I understand because of Covid that materials are backed up but having to call and find out about what's going on with the installation is frustrating. The first time they told me I had to call the window company myself to see what the status of my window was. I was shocked! I felt like I was doing their job! Needless to say, I had to call Milgrid myself twice (within a span of two months) to see when a scratched window that was installed in April would be replaced. 3 months later I'm still waiting for the final installation. So far there have been three times this company has come out because of a attached window and two damaged products. So needless to say I would not recommend this company. read more

Installers are jerks. They double parked in the middle of the street, blocking the street so emergency vehicles couldn't pass. They refused to move ,and were rude to anyone who asked them to park correctly. They only moved their trucks after the police came. Thanks Window Guys for the great service you recently provided for me. I originally used this company about twelve years ago and wanted to add a few more windows. David who was our Rep came out the same day I called and made some great suggestions to save us some money but yet keep the beauty of the Milgard brand. Thanks again Jessica for getting me the day same appointment for the window measurements. Fast forward a few weeks for the installation, Ceasar and his guys were here within the promised time slot while doing a great job. I wanted to mention one on the screens had a small noticeable gash on the outer white trim which happens and the Window Guys ordered me a new screen which David came out and personally delivered yesterday afternoon. Thanks again David for going beyond the normal and especially the tip regarding the warranty on my existing glass. Disappointed that they didn't honor their advertised installation price. From the start of the process to when we concluded we didn't want to consider their offer, we saw 3 different 'installation prices'. Nobody informed us of a price change. The truck still advertises $85 installation, or $75 depending on which truck you see. And their social media page advertises $75. Then the sales rep quoted $120. Nobody ever said anything about an effective date of the change in fees. All we were told was that 'it was wrong' with no other explanation. I asked if they could consider matching their advertised fee and they denied my request. Too bad the stories aren't consistent and the staff wasn't transparent. read more

I live in Corona, CA. I recently had 8 windows and 4 sliding glass doors replaced by the Window Guys. It was scheduled on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was totally impressed by the team of 4 installers, headed by Chris and Carlos, who arrived by 830am and were finished by 330pm the same day!! Excellent workmanship and quality of product. Great pricing too. The team worked efficiently all day without a break and left the worksite very clean. I've been impressed by my total experience with The Window Guys, starting with my initial on-site meeting with the sales rep, Jacob. He was very knowledgeable because he was an installer for several years. I've been to the main office a few times and all staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Windows Guy just installed 23 new windows and a sliding glass door in my home. They were the lowest estimate by 10's of thousands of dollars I received (4 estimates). Bill was very helpful when I went to the showroom and when he came to measure. Yes there were delays due materials being on back order. The installation crew led by Cesar were so very polite, professional and clean. Tarps were laid out everywhere; they brought their own trashcan to dispose of wrapping etc. The sliding glass door screen is still on back order so we hope it is in soon I would highly recommend this company and will use them for any future window needs read more

Had them install windows they had to patch stucco did a horrible job got color from the stucco all over my brick paving put the wrong windows in and bent all the aluminum frames over where there was barely enough room to put any silicone caulking I was told by an inspector that this was not the correct procedure they have yet to come fix anything or respond they also cracked a bunch of tile in my shower replacing the window over the tub beating the frame work to get the old window out and the new window in and their drywall patch was never taped or textured horrible job I myself am a contractor and have never done a yelp review on anybody good or bad these guys are the worst they also did not write a contract just a work order I received no warranty information or anything on the windows read more

Called to get an estimate for 2 French doors and a front door. They were booked weeks out for an estimate, made an appointment, no follow up, I had to call to confirm date and time. Ok, thought that was strange, but the guy shows up, measures and says they will send an email with the bid in 5 days. Never received an estimate, called on day 7 asking for it. Was told the guy would send it, day 8 still don't have it. Why waste your time and mine if you can't follow up and provide even a bid. We won't be using them, we've moved on to another company and you should too. read more

On 12/72021 we had a window and sliding patio door replaced. The replacements were a new window and French patio door installation. It's been a dream to have that sliding door gone as it was no longer efficient, let alone nice to look at. And the window that was cracked was needed to be replaced, also. Beware... Beware... Beware ...This is possibly the worst Company that you could possibly hire for installation. First off, there is not enough space here to list all of the problems we had with them. They have a salesman by the name of Bill. He will tell you what you want to hear up until you sign their contract. Once that's done, when all of the things he promised fail to happen, he will tell you that , "he must be getting too old and he does not remember what he said" They promised our job would take 7 days... it's been a year and we are still having to schedule visits from Milgard the manufacturer, Who along with "widow guys" are still attempting to cover up this less than mediocre installation . Milgard have been out 14 times and cannot get it right. Choose a reputable company such as Anderson or Euroline and safe yourself a lot of headache, time and $$$$$. read more

We had windows installed by this company in August 2021 and from the initial phone call for information through the journey end we were met with true professionalism. You don't see on time arrival, followed up with courtesy and cleanliness. There was a delay with a slider door screen that was backordered with manufacturer. After explanation of situation, we received our screen door and at the same time had a minor seal problem handled. IF you are looking for no pressure sales and kind considerate people at every level then Window Guys should be your go to window supplier. And do not forget good pricing for your job. read more
