Great service. Most reasonable price and quality work. Paul was on time and took care of window glass replacement. Would totally recommend.

They reached out when I used YELP for help. They get 5-stars for this very reason. 1. They use text message communication. It's fast and immediate. 2. They ask the right questions so that they provide the best and accurate quote. 3. They are genuine and courteous when they arrived. 4. They provide extra help. I didn't think about fixing the screen only the glass and they asked me if I would like it fixed. Then, the reduced the price since they were already on site 5. They're a small family business. They have a genuine concern and care. Unlike the larger corporations, they listen well. I went through 3-4 YELP businesses and all of them were sterile, cold in their communication and quoted extremely high prices without asking for a simple picture. AnhB provided the opposite. GREAT WORK. I work in hospitality and know how to provide extraordinary service to my customers. If you want honest price, quick and accurate work that it timely and want to support the community and small business, this is the way to go! Thanks Happy Customer read more

Excellent service. Showed up a bit early. Repaired several screens and a window that lost its seal and glazing. Very happy with his service. Honest and trustworthy. Repaired a couple screen frames instead of trying to sell me a new frame. Highly recommend. read more

If I can give them 10 stars, I would! On a Sunday afternoon, something hit our sliding glass door and shattered our door. I called 2 different companies on Yelp that said they were open on a Sunday and unfortunately no one was able to come out. I called Paul and he mentioned he was able to come out but not until later that evening. He told me to send pictures and a rough estimate on measurements. Paul gave me a quote and just told me to give him a call if I was interested. I called him 2 hours later after multiple other calls to companies with no luck. He got to my house at 7:30pm like he said and left my house in less than 45 min. He cleaned up the very little mess he made and gave superior customer service. I highly recommend him! I am one happy customer with a brand new glass door! read more

Submitted for a single window replacement quote via Yelp and Paul (owner) promptly responded with a competitive and reasonable price! We were worried about having a window taken out of the house leaving it wide open for days, but Paul had our window replaced and picked up from his residence in less than 24 hours. The TAT time from other places we got quotes from were all at least 4-5 business days. The work done was very professionally and matches perfectly with all our other windows. We chose to bring our window to Paul for repair, but he can also provide service onsite at your house. As a matter of fact, we were so satisfied and impressed with his service that we are now looking for him to repair/replace our other windows. A+++ and highly recommend! read more

Very very disappointed with Paul, for multiple days he scheduled an appointment with me and canceled at the last minute, I waited at home over and over just to be told he's in traffic or he's at another job, it was very frustrating and killed my whole day waiting for nothing, so you guys chose someone else read more
