After my General Contractor took the payment, I had provided for replacing my wardrobe mirror doors, I was left without the installation. The contractor explained that he had not installed the doors because they were scratched. Seeking a solution, I reached out to Orange Mirror and Glass and spoke with Mike. He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects. read more

I was in search of a window company because one of my tenants had an old leaky window in one of her bedrooms. After receiving bids from Orange Mirror & Glass and 2 other companies, I decided to move forward with Orange due to their pricing. The entire process, from estimation to the work being completed, was smooth and they kept me informed as to the status during each phase of the project. The real test will come the next time it rains, but thus far, I have been very happy with my experience with Orange Mirror & Glass. I recommend them! read more

I decided to protect my wooden nightstands with glass top covers and found Orange Mirror & Glass on Yelp with great reviews. I called them with my measurements and they provided a quote. The staff was very friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and we received a call when the glass was ready for pickup. I paid on the phone and headed over to the shop. The glass was wrapped together with plastic and had separators to protect the pieces. Service at pickup was again friendly and professional. The glass work was quality and perfect. I had a terrific experience with this company on a small project (mirror for a medicine cabinet door). The company responded quickly to my emailed inquiry with a well priced quote (and said that the project would take 2-3 days). I got there and they cut and installed the mirror in the door on the spot! Everyone was very nice (even offered us water while we were waiting). I recommend this company highy. read more

Needed a Milgard window replaced in our kitchen due to condensation between the dual panes. OC Mirror & Glass was recommended by another glass vendor & I'm so glad we went with them instead of looking through that foggy window for another minute. It was super easy to schedule them via Yelp message. They came out to measure & then came out several days later once the replacement glass was ready to do the install. Left no mess behind & final charge was the same price as they originally quoted. Can't argue with that! read more

They came in a little more expensive than other quotes, but I wanted the job to be done precisely and they were able to install one week later! Roberto and his partner took their time to measure everything precisely and kept me updated on progress throughout. They left no mess and I am in love with the finished product!! Can you get your window repaired via Yelp? Yes, yes you can! I needed a window that wouldn't stay up when you opened it repaired. A quick search of yelp led me to Orange Mirror & Glass. I opened a project request and Laura was quick to reply. She said that it sounded like an issue with balancers and she could send someone out right away to check it out and if that was the issue, order parts for replacement. They sent someone out, confirmed the issue then ordered the part. When the part came in, they fixed it up and we were all done. Window fixed! I would absolutely recommend Orange Mirror & Glass and if we ever have another window problem, I will definitely be calling them again. read more

A strange thing happened to us last month. We were sitting in our dining room area with my back to our glass sliding doors when all of a sudden, there was a loud noise like something hit the glass and the inside of our sliding door cracked (see pics). Because it was tempered glass, none of the glass fell. Apart from the glass cracking, it remained intact. This happened late in the evening on a weekend. After gorilla taping a heavy tarp around the glass door frame to keep any glass contained when it started falling off, my search for a company to help us remove and replace the glass began. I quickly searched for companies on Yelp to get some estimates and find the right company. After hearing from around 6 different companies, Orange Mirror & Glass was the quickest response and once they had the size details, replied right away with the best price. So we agreed to have their Tech come out and get all the details. The rest of the process was very professionally handled by everyone involved and once the replacement glass was ready to be installed, arrangements were made, and the Tech came out and replaced the glass panel and did a very good job in the most efficient and timely manner. We highly recommend Orange Mirror & Glass from Laura who handles the communication and administration to the Technicians who did the actual replacement, we are very satisfied. read more

The service is horrible. The staff is unfriendly. I called to get a quote for 2 custom mirrors. On the phone they made it sound like I was dumb for thinking business could be conducted over email or the phone and told me I HAD to come to their shop. So I did, because I have no problem working within a system. But when I arrive they made me feel stupid for showing up and said they had to visit my home to take measurements and I should have emailed pictures ahead of time. EXCUSE ME?!? The guy at the shop actually had the gall to say "I don't know who you talked to, but..." which is just about the most unprofessional reply he could have possibly chosen. So if you expect kind people, professionalism and the straight story STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more
