The first time, I needed the guide rail replaced, which isn't something the hardware stores carry, and other screen services didn't offer. Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. My only complaint would be that I asked him to remove his shoes when he first came in which he did but then later walked all over my house in and out with his shoes on. I had a good experience working with WeScreen. I reached out to them on Yelp, they responded quickly, and we were able to set an appointment within a few days. I had a screen door in poor shape, they replaced the wheels and tracks, re-screened the door, and another window screen as well. I had trouble finding someone to take care of the sliding door problems and these guys did a great job.
