Considering the number of great reviews this company receives I'm pretty sure they don't need mine added to the list. However I do like to acknowledge when people exceed your expectations. Rick and Ivan are responsive, transparent, and just nice people. We have an oversized 1964 screen door that periodically becomes a doggy door. The last time Ivan came to repair it he mentioned that they could replace the flimsy frame, which was getting hard to repair over the years, with a similar but sturdy version. 2 years later I called Rick to get pricing and he said Ivan remembered the door, even after all the jobs they've had in the meantime! The cost to replace was reasonable and Ivan did a terrific job. I'm just happy to have a trusted vendor who really knows their craft. I had originally requested repair or replacement of 4 windows but after looking at all of them in our house it ended up being 8 windows. So glad that Rick was able to accommodate the increase in more screens being fixed or replaced. He was clean, respectful, and friendly. I appreciated that he also showed me how to properly remove and reinstall my window screens if I need to clean them or the windows later.
