This is the 2nd time I used Original Screens 4 Less, and again, they provided good quality and fast service, and a fair price.

Everything was great from estimate to installation. Excellent communication. Thank you Morgan for doing an awesome job.

No show no call until I called him 3X's and I was told I had the wrong number but explained how I'm calling the number on Yelp and we had spoken through Yelp and we had an appointment today and he again said you must have the wrong company and again I explained to him I reached out to make sure he was coming the night before in Yelp messages and he all of a sudden said oh yes! I FORGOT can we come tomorrow??? How do you forget when You confirmed just 16 hours ago?? Don't use this guy go to next business that actually value customers and have a proper scheduler. read more

Morgan and his daughter are an amazing team and came out today to install a custom security screen with a Hale pet door. Came out way better than I expected and now my pups will have their own entry to go in and out of to stay out of the rain and the summer heat. They also put the old screen door on a different opening and was able to repair it on site so it's good as new. The whole process went smooth and was easy. Morgan came out during the week and met with my husband to make the selection of door and pet door. We needed it expedited due to the weather and he kept us updated along the way. Great service and amazing quality. If you are looking for an amazing family business with top notch service you found them! read more

Our Sliding glass door shattered from a high speed tiny little rock hitting the door. I posted on Angi and was put into contact with several companies. Original Screens for less was on top of it. Morgan was great! From first contact to the end of the project, he was courteous, had great communication and was very easy to work with. Within 1 week we receive a quote, put in an order and the screen door replaced. The value was amazing also. If you need a slider replaced, I would definitely recommend Morgan at Original Screens 4 Less! Thank you Morgan for making this replacement quick and easy. read more

Morgan and his daughter are a great team. They re-screened my back patio door, and the job itself took less than 15 minutes. From the time they pulled up and parked to the time they left, it was less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by their efficiency, and their prices are great too! Will definitely be calling them again if I need them! read more

Morgan and his team was efficient, good at communication, and straight forward about pricing. We had to have screens put on all of our windows and a sliding screen door. Pricing seemed very fair to me. And when I was having trouble with the screen door they put in, Morgan came by the same day to adjust it. Now it works great! Would definitely use again! read more

I really appreciate the quality work done by Morgan and his son. Morgan and his son are a great team. I have a total of 13 window screens to be re-screened and I also need to replace my sliding patio screen door. Morgan arrived on time as promised. Did a quick tour around the house to confirm what needed to be done to my screens, and sliding door. Provided an inspection and reasonable quotes in a strictly professional manner. No B.S. sales pitch and straight to the point what needed to be done. Morgan is a veteran in the business and he knew what he was doing. His work is great. Prompt, precise, and professionally done. Unlike regular service personnel (employee on a payroll) from other experience, Morgan is the business owner. He cares about his work and customer's satisfaction. This makes Morgan's work significantly better quality from other services call I received. One more compliment to Morgan. He is a kind and reasonable business pro. He listened to customers and is willing to give a little hand to his customers who might be a bit tight in budget due to unexpected hidden repairs beyond planned. Morgan offered me a discount out of his generous compassion to customers. I highly recommend Morgan for any window, door related repair or replacement. read more

Hard to believe a business with 5 stars exists, but I cannot deny they deserve my 5 stars as well. Plus it's hard to understand my excitement for having screens on every window. I love fresh air. I'm pumped! 1. Gave pricing per screen on the phone for both repair or replace. 2. Pricing was accurate. I was charged for the actual work just as stated on the phone 3. 9 screens in all. 4. Even worked around a hiccup with my shutters. Highly recommend Morgan and his helper Aiden! read more

Don't take my word for it take the business owners word for hit when he tells me like he may eventually tell you to "Go find someone else to repair your screens", he means it. Again the owner of this screen business told me to "Go find someone else to repair your screens" And whoever cares to read this should as well. How did we get to that point? A 6 minute phone call after his screen broke the first time I needed to remove it to install Christmas lights. Poor materials used. Owner of business was unreasonable in first believing the materials used could break or be broken easily. Wanted $150 to come out and replace them with the exact same cheap plastic material a convenience store would use to hang up a bag of gummy bears. Between the gouging price to repair his terrible work and his nonchalant demeanor he is tough to deal with and irritated the heck outta me.. only then he decided to reduce the price to $75 to repair something that broke the very first time I needed to take it off. Keeping in mind it was just 142 days after being installed and not touching it since installed I would have probably done the right thing instead he was standoffish, played the victim when he gouged us for faulty screens and will no doubt pretend like he was taking a high an honorable road during our interaction but as a person on the other end of the phone being told first his work and materials could never break, to then seeing the picture and saying "yes that's broken" to then offering a full price replacement based being 52 days past their 3 month warranty, to eventually offering a half price replacement the guy is a crook. Back your work up with a real warranty. 30 DAYS is a joke due to how little someone is probably using his screens. His last line to me sticks out as it was safe advice for anyone and came straight from his mouth. "Go find someone else to repair your screens" And you should. His arrogance believes no one will read this or care. That this line review won't hurt him enough to not have made it right by the customer. Please believe both him and me when we both say "Go find someone else to repair your screens" **update** For him it's 6 months but realistically 4.5 months, 142 days and it's December 1st. And yes I want a reasonable effort based on the upfront cost after a breakage on the first usage. As should anyone paying the overhead or trip fee they are charging. And yes at some point I did cuss but not to the degree nor direction his reply implies. read more

Waste of time with this company. I gave a very detailed quote request with the exact dimensions, thickness, clip type, and photos of the 2 screens I needed made from scratch including the frames. I was told $65/new screen and then re-confirmed $130 total for 2 screens. Tech showed up to my house saying it was now $150 as that was their service minimum. What a waste of time for both me and the company. The fact that they were already here and wouldn't even honor their quoted price over $20, I'll use a different company. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I literally included screenshots of your messages where you provided and re-confirmed the pricing, I'm not sure it could have been any more clear! read more

Of all the screen door companies on HomeAdvisor, they were one of only two to get back to me in a timely way, and the only one who came out to give an in-person estimate based upon our measurements. They also socially distanced, and wore a mask, which my family ranks as the highest priority. While we did have to wait on our product because we needed a special-ordered doggy door insert in our screen, the finished product made the wait worth it. While here, they even repaired the latch on the screen door in the front of our house. Thanks so much again! read more

Just got some window and door screens put in and couldn't be happier about the service and the results. Called this morning, Morgan actually picked up his phone, not like a lot of other places where you just get a recording or have to leave a message. He was informative about what to expect, how long it would take and how much it would cost. AND I was able to get an appointment same day! The screens look great. I feel like they were a good value for the money and I'm very happy to not have mosquitos and flies coming into our house any more! Wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future needs. Morgan was an absolute PRO to work with! I called several other mobile screen companies in the area (all 4-5 stars and hundreds of reviews). I had 3 of them come estimate the job and Original Screens 4 Less not only BEAT their prices but Morgan offered such great insight into my windows and doors so I could understand my specific needs instead of simply getting what everyone else gets for their home. Morgan added extra trim work to my front door so the new retractable door fits better (no charge) where the other guys did not even address the issue of my irregular door. He offered pet screen upgrades (with add'l cost of course) seeing how the stray cats in my yard have been scratching the previous ones up. The other guys did not even mention the pet issues- they are larger companies who go through so many jobs so attention to detail may be missed. Morgan was able to reframe 6 new windows and 1 new retractable door in less than 3 hours! I ordered the new pieces on Thursday and Morgan was back for the full install on Tuesday! AMAZING SERVICE, a TOTAL PRO! Being in the design industry myself I work with SO many contractors who miss the details. Morgan not only pays special attention to the existing issues you have, but explains everything so simply so you feel more confident moving forward. I cannot recommend Original Screens 4 Less enough! I am ALL about supporting our local small businesses- this is a family run operation so please give them a call when you reach out to the others for a comparison! I promise you won't be disappointed! Thank you so much Morgan- we love our new screens! read more
