I needed a retractable screen door for an exterior door that opened outwards. He reviewed the materials with me, explained the process, and let me ask questions. He made sure I felt comfortable with how it would look and feel, especially because the screen door would be installed from inside the house, due to the door opening outwards. He then set up an appointment for the installation itself. During the installation appointment, Pablo was extremely careful to lay down blankets to ensure the floor would stay clean. One small detail I noticed was how carefully he moved his ladder when moving through the door. He made sure to avoid hitting the door or any walls, just as I would. He treated the space like his own home and I truly appreciated that. Pablo was thorough during the installation and made sure I was satisfied with how it looked. I needed new sliding screen doors on our sun room, which required a custom size screen door. We've also had several guests walk into the screen doors and damage them, so I wanted a heavy duty screen door. Pablo had 3 different screen door frame types, so I chose the most heavy duty option. He also had a heavy duty screen material, which will last longer and be more visible to guests, so I went with that material. He also replaced 6 large window screens on the sun room, and he built all new frames for those as well. We love the sliding screen doors and the window screens. We had Pablo come to our home and replace all our screens. We chose various screens depending where they would be placed. Some of our windows had views so we had a very clear screen installed. We had windows that faced the hottest time in the sun so we chose solar screens to reflect the heat and regular screens when it didn't matter as much. The difference the solar screens made to the reduction of heat to my rooms were amazing. We have dogs and one of them damaged the retractable screen door soon after we had them installed. He was meticulous in his work & made sure all of his work was done correctly & neatly. He took the time to make sure each screen fit properly. My wife and I wanted a swinging screen door for our back door, which at first sounded simple enough but there was one problem -- the back door is eight feet tall! So much for going to Home Depot and hiring and handyman to install it! That meant we needed to custom order the door and I didn't know where to start with that. However we were very fortunate to find an awesome company like Clearview on Yelp! Pablo replied promptly to my messages and came by for a quote shortly thereafter. After doing some measurements Pablo showed me a catalog with some options and we picked the door we liked. With pet mesh the door we liked cost $450, including the installation. This was in line with a ballpark quote I got from another company over the phone. We also wanted a screen installed in one of our windows that was missing it and he said he would do that for $40 when he came back to install the door (which had to be ordered) in about a week. The price was right but this is where Pablo really impressed me: Because of a busy work schedule I wasn't able to find a good weekday for Pablo to come install the screen door during the day as he needed daylight in order to do the job. He was able to send his brother, Cesar, on a Saturday (two days after he let me know the screen was received) instead, and that worked out perfectly! I wouldn't have minded waiting another week or so till we were both available during the day but Pablo arranging for Cesar to come sooner was very impressive. Cesar arrived on time and was very polite and professional, just like Pablo. He was very patient with us as we debated which way we wanted the screen door to swing open and did excellent work. While he was getting the door ready outside he noticed another upstairs window of ours was missing a screen. I'm glad he brought this to our attention because he was able to create that screen as well for another $40 instead of us noticing later and having to call them back just for that. Our grand total for the screen door and two window screens was $530 -- a great price considering the excellent job Pablo and Cesar did! We got an estimate that was reasonable and fair. Pablo came when he said he would, his two screeners were polite and professional. Got the job done and cleaned up afterward. We're so glad we called them, perfect! All NEW screens on the house, sliding door and front door. A week later we contracted to have our bathtub reglazed by another company. They had to take the screen off of the bathroom window to get a cord for their equipment through. when they were finished they couldn't get the screen back on. We all tried and none of us could do it. I called Pablo and he said he would come out and put it on for us. He kind of chuckled because it was funny that we couldn't get the screen back on. He came by after finishing up one of his jobs and repositioned the little latch that you snap on the windowsill to hold the screen in place.
