I had actually been very close to going with another company, but after a frustrating experience, I switched to American Vision Windows, and I am SO glad I did. The installers, Octavio and Jose, were absolutely outstanding. My home was built in the 1960s, and one of the windows had an older design that other companies seemed hesitant about. Octavio and Jose took one look and confidently said, "We've got this," and they absolutely did. The finished work is flawless. Not only were they skilled and efficient, but they were also kind, respectful, detail-oriented, and worked incredibly well together. Before leaving, they encouraged me to inspect everything carefully and make sure I was completely happy. I actually struggled to find anything at all to point out because everything looked so perfect! I am beyond impressed with American Vision windows! I gave them a call after buying a new home while I was shopping around for new windows to replace my old builder grade, and failed dual panes from the 90s. I worked with Billy, who handled the entire process of answering all my questions, and building a quote. What I loved about working with BIlly was that he was not only honest, but was NOT at all pushy in the sales process. He was up front about what I can expect, what timing looks like for ordering windows and gave me a great price up front. We didn't quibble over minor changes or upgrades and he just made the sales process easy and gave my wife and I the time and space to make a decision, even if it took us a few weeks to get back to him. Compared to the competition, American Vision windows was very reasonable in their pricing and they offered me the Anlin Del Mar windows, which is a nice upgrade from the Anlin Catalina that I was being quoted on by others. We decided to go with American Vision windows based on Billy's provessionalism. From there things stayed very good. Art was the engineer that came and took the meausrments and went over options and he was clear and concise in answering everything we needed. Our windows were ready in about 8 weeks and WOW am I impressed with the installers. I felt like they had surgical precision trimming the windows to make them fit between the planks of wood trim at my house and also with sealing them in place. They left ZERO and I mean ZERO excess silicone on the stucco and fit the seals perfectly. They also were able to remove a leaded glass window pane from my old window and fit it to the new one and didn't quibble about it in the least bit. My installers were Carlos, Big Eddie and their crew consisting of Carlos, Alfonso, Roberto, Ricardo, Suarez, Omar and Franco. Each one took SUPER care being inside my house, put down tarps everywhere, did a fantastically clean install and cleaned up after themselves as if nothing happened. They even cleaned the glass after install and I swear I don't see a spec of dirt on any windows. Big shout out to the install crew. I am very happy with my Anlin windows from American Vision. The entire process is very smooth starting with a competitive quote, custom building the windows, installation and finally maintenance over the years. They are very organized and their follow up has always been excellent. I had a window in a rental that needed to be fixed after many years and they made it very easy so I have to say one of the strongest selling points is that they will provide maintenance on your windows for a lifetime. There's nothing better than getting rid of the old metal frames and replacing it with modern materials and enjoying the quiet and better temperatures once installed. I had American Vision install my sliders about 14 yrs ago and I had a break in and needed the glass repaired, the service was exceptional and very reasonable. Valentin did the set up and followed up with me as it was difficult to get parts from the window manufacturer.... but he got them. The installer Henry is an artist, the doors look brand new and he had issues with one after a botched attempt to repair from a glass company. After getting 2 quotes for our windows, we decided to go with Perry/"Bucky", the Project Manager, who did our intake and setup all of our paperwork and answered all of our questions. After clearing our windows with the HOA, we scheduled our appointment with Hugo. Hugo was very fast to reply to any emails and sent out a confirmation message for the installation date. On the day of the installation, we were told 08:30-09:30 start time, but Jim and Raul were at our house before 08:00 and we were pleasantly surprised. They estimated the installation for 3 windows and 1 sliding door would be at 14:00 and they finished right on time. Jim did a walk through and answered any questions we had before we signed off on the completed work order. Very good service and I would highly recommend. Our old windows were from 1974 and we have noticed that the new windows keep the cold air out at night. The house looks nicer too. read more

We put old style Home Depot windows in 30+ years ago, needless to say the seals were gone, gas was leaking out etc... We decided to take the plunge and install new windows. Upon a recommendation from a family member, we contacted American Vision Windows. Our Sales rep Jay really knew his business, he found the best windows for our home. We were kept in the loop along the way, there were no delays in shipping or manufacture. On installation day the crew Jim, Octavio, Luis, Jaylo and Augustin installed 16 windows in one day (like they promised) and did an amazing job from start to finish. AVW was recommended to us and had great reviews. Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed quickly. The windows themselves are fine. However, my husband and I would not recommend this company due to the lack of care they showed in our home. When reinstalling the framing, they completely scratched and dented several areas and even made small holes in two of our walls. They also broke our security sign outside and left screws and nails scattered in our yard as well as our neighbors. When I called to inform them of this, customer service reviewed the photos and tried to claim that we had attempted to paint over the framing ourselves, which is not true. We have no kids or pets, and our paint is only about a year old. Now, we have to pay to have these areas patched, sanded, and repainted. Although they offered to send someone out to inspect the damage, it seemed pointless since they do not provide painting services. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company, as the quality of care did not match the price we paid. read more

Terrible ethics for American vision Windows, O.C. at least. We used them for some home remodeling, in Irvine, Quail Hill section, last week. Do not want to give the exact address in case they seek retibution. There were 2 employees. One did all the work, 1 just sat in the work truck, that was illegally parked, in the handicap spot, all day. Which says all you need to know about this company. Even when we let the corporate office know how unethical the employees were being, they didn't do anything about it. There are way too many options out there, to bother using a company that has no morals. read more

We've had our beautiful, American Vision Windows, since 2020 when we did our remodel. My wife and I both agree that our windows were the most significant thing , to this day, that we did! Fast forward 5 years, we had a trim section peel back slightly, so I made a call to AVW and was connected to Valentin, he was eager to fix our problem and we set a date for repair.
