Overall very happy with this company. They measured twice before cutting once! Brian is very pleasant to deal with and very responsive when it comes to questions through texts, phone calls, emails, etc. Christian and Israel were very pleasant, polite, and hard working. Did not wander off the job site and disappear, instead were 100% at it. The cherry on top was the personal call from the owner of the company to make sure everything had been done right. Minor things need to be done but I'm sure they will address all that. Several years ago we purchased a sliding glass door with custom doggie door from Hometime. We were so impressed with the quality of the product and their installers that when it was time to replace our windows we called them again. They replaced all of our windows in a day and a half. We had Hometime Windows and Doors install a new external door to our garage. We needed nothing fancy. Just a door that does its job. Danny came out and installed the door with care, precision and attention to detail. The weather stripping is perfect, and the door jam is very sturdy. I am an old DANJO Windows & Doors customer from over a decade ago. They had a great product they made on their own factory on the premises. Was impressed and we remain pleased with their products and workmanship. Dylan visited our home for a window replacement estimate. We are parents to a newborn and my husband took time off from work to be home for the consultation. The sales rep mentioned his child was sick and he was working from home the day before - so I asked him to kindly leave and find a mask before staying inside our home. I had just given my last mask to my mom the day before, so we didn't have any extra in the house. He returns from his car without a mask and my husband (who took the morning off) felt really bad and because he's non confrontational, allowed him to stay and finish the quote. Dylan coughed and had a red nose, spoke within 2-3 feet of my husband, and got him sick. And now we're all sick. If your job is to meet with people - please be respectful of their home and space, especially when there are immunocompromised people inside the house.
